“A really outstanding nursery. I am so delighted I chose Sylvan House. My daughter has been coming 3 days a week since she was 9 months and the development I've seen in her is fantastic. The girls in the baby room (Nicole, Chloe, Laura and Sarah) treat my daughter like their own, they are kind, affectionate, attentive and excellent at what they do. The food variety is great and she is really well fed and cared for with a detailed report at the end of the day showing food intake, sleep times, nappy changes, mood description etc. The app that the nursery use (Tapestry) is a A* and I look forward to numerous updates, photos, videos and notes about what she's up to. Communication is excellent throughout the day and at handover. Well done Sylvan you've made returning to work so much easier!”

I cannot praise Cheryl and her lovely team enough for everything they do for the children at their nursery. They are so warm, welcoming and attentive and make all the children feel so welcome, they are like an extended family. The love they show for each and every child melts my heart. I am a nurse myself and 100% recommend this nursery to any of the local children. My daughter has been SO happy with the team, we couldn’t be happier with them. “My son has been coming to this nursery for over a year now and I’ve never had a problem he was in a previous nursery and hated it use to scream and never wanted to go since starting this nursery he has never cried he has the best time here, he even asks to go on his days off, such a warm welcoming environment and he has learnt so much down to potty training they have been amazing with him he has no accidents and they have learnt him to tell them when he needs to toilet which he use to struggle to do and have accidents. His speech and vocabulary has incredibly come on a lot. The staff are also so welcoming and are always excited to see the children, also we can access a learning book which has photos of what he has been doing whilst being at nursery.”
