“Picking a nursery as a first time parent isn’t easy, and probably one of the biggest decisions you will make towards building your child’s future in the first year of parenting. We certainly didn’t know what to expect or know how our little one could be loved and cared for like she is at home, but the minute we stepped into kidzrus media city we just knew that our little girl was going to be more than ok. The staff were so welcoming and professional, the nursery was so beautifully presented and the children were all so happy and content. Isabella has been loved and cared for like we could never have imagined. The professionalism and quality of care the nursery provide is amazing and has got better and better during Isabella’s journey. We can’t believe the time has come for Isabella to go big school, we will miss kidzrus very much! We would highly recommend kidzrus media city they always go above and beyond to delivery the best childcare.”

“Went to the Allergy testing with my little girl and the staff there were fantastic - Everyone we spoke to from receptions down stairs to nurses upstairs were super helpful, very chatty with little one too. Cant praise the Nurses and Doctor enough when taking us threw to get weighed and to do the test and they were all great. Covid - measure in place the building was clean and tidy everyone had masks including staff and use of sanatising products threw out :)”

“It's a above average school with religious association. The teachers are bubbly, caring and kind. They have a zero tolerance policy to bullying. They help children improve in behaviour if they do identify issues. They are supportive of parents and I couldn't recommend them more highly.”

“My daughter has been at ELC for about 9 months now. Before attednkng, she had an incredible nanny from a very early age. I was very nervous about the transition and level of care offered by a nursery compared to one on one care. We live in Spinningfields, so I conducted in depth research of the city centre childcare options. ELC wasn't the obvious choice compared to the chains in the city centre, but as soon as I met the owners / management I knew it was the right choice. ELC is family run and it really shows. Whenever there are any issues, they are incredibly proactive to create the best experience for our daughter. She had a hard time adjusting to the eating schedule so they asked what kinds of foods we eat at home in order to incorporate them into the menu. There were some staff changes with maternity leave which meant her key worker was changed. The first change didn't gel quite as well, so they transitioned to another key worker who now has an even closer relationship with her. For her settling in session, two of the staff came to our house - which was amazing and really helped her transition. She spends lots of time outdoors and taking walks. This is not the case for the other city centre nurseries. I love their Tapestry App which allows me to follow her activities and development as well as check in when I'm missing her at work. When we're traveling or doing something interesting at home I upload photos and they work them into her engagements. (Again, not available in the other nurseries.) ELC recently received a less than ideal Ofstead report which inspired me to write this review. As a parent, I am far less concerned a out procedures and paperwork than surrounding my daughter with a loving and playful environment. She is, after all, only 18 months!”

“They are amazing! Warm, considered, smart and very caring ladies. My kid has learned so much since going there and they always make time to talk to the parents. Thank you! Update 19/04/2019 Now, both my children are attending the same nursery and their development is always outstanding. They are following Early Years and make regular assessments. They make time to discuss their days and achievements with us. Also, when I was worried about the speach of my oldest they made sure she has daily fun exercises to enrich her vocabulary. Furthermore, the place is always clean and plenty of time spent outside. Thank you!”
