Alana, asked questions to establish what I wanted and how I wanted my brows to look. She loves what she does and enjoys making you happy and feeling good. My brows, were exactly what I wanted. Alana, explained everything she was doing as she went along. This was great and made me feel involved. Leaving me happy and feeling good. A real pleasure to have a lovely person supplying good customer service and leaving me wanting to come back. A very pleasant experience.”

“My husband and I came here for breakfast as it was near our hotel and it looked inviting from outside. The building outside is stunning. A beautifully historic piece of English history. The interior is modern, clean and comfy. The lady serving us was polite and friendly. The food was excellent. A good English breakfast and smashed avocado and egg between us both was very well received.”
