“I have had my princess wishbone ring for just under two years and yesterday the top of my ring came off, i was upset as i haven’t taken it off since i bought. i went into the bolton store in the market place just to see if they could do anything to repair the ring. i was served by Ethan and he was very helpful and could tell her wanted to help. he said that he could send it away for a small fee for it to get repaired and i agreed. he then came back from the office and told me the ring couldn’t be repaired but as a gesture of of good will i could have a new one for nothing. i was over the moon and very appreciative as i never take this ring off as it’s my favourite. i was devastated when it broke so this act of kindness from the bolton pandora store and this young man meant a lot. they didn’t have to anything but they did and they went out of their way to put a smile on my face . thank you so much leia xx”

“Pleasantly surprised; Travelodge doesn't always have the best reputation but I booked a few weeks in advance and managed to get a Saver Rate room at £37 for the night as somewhere to stay for a night out. Very budget hotel but clean and warm room, couldn't hear any noise in the corridors or any road noise (when the window was closed) and the bed was comfortable. Plenty of space in the car park, staff friendly and security presence at night. Didn't have breakfast or use the bar/cafe facilities so can't comment on those.”

“The rooms were lovely and had a tv, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. The mattresses and pillows were lovely n clean. Most of the staff were very happy n helpful. The restaurant was very nice and the food was good. There were plenty of choices from the buffet. They also had fresh fruit that u could help yourself to. I would certainly go back there!”

“A very nice experience had here today. Food was served quickly, hot and fresh. Staff members very helpful with explaining how the restaurant works. Overall had a great experience here. Definitely looking to return again. Addendum: Place seems to only have chopsticks to eat with. If you have a dexterity impairment please keep this in mind as you may struggle to eat here.”

“Anybody who loves their dog will appreciate how daunting it can sometimes be to go away and leave your dog. My dogs are my babies and so when it comes to going on holiday, I will only settle for the best care for them. Fiona is fantastic. From the first time when she came to visit my two dogs, it was clear to me that she loved them and was going to give them the care and attention which they need. My two love going and staying with Fiona and Marley. I am always kept updated with a text message and the occasional picture whilst I am away on holiday which takes away the stress of knowing that they are ok. I cannot recommend Fiona more highly- My dogs love her.”

“Buzz, my dog, absolutely loves going to Wayne at Canal Cuts! He always comes out smelling amazing and is so calm; much more calmer than other places he has been before. Wayne really listens to how I want Buzz groomed and does exactly what I ask. Wayne is also really polite, lovely to chat to and a proper northerner!”

“My second visit to Odin’s and the experience was twice as good as the first time. The shop is immaculate and the staff so so amazing. I was so lucky to have Ewelina do both of my tattoos and she killed it both times. I think artists like her are so hard to find. She has a real skill for producing detailed, intricate designs and I think in the tattoo world that is so rare. Combining her extensive knowledge in both the tattoo and brow game makes her the ultimate double threat. I will not go elsewhere from now on! Can’t recommend enough!”
