Celebration event in Stockport

“Precious Things dressed the venue and provided the bridal bouquet and flowers for our registrar table/top table for our wedding in January 2018. We were absolutely delighted we choose Precious Things - they listened to our requirements as well as guiding and reassuring us throughout the whole process. Our venue was dressed gorgeously and the flowers were exactly as we expected and so beautiful. One final comment - this company were reliable. We organised our wedding in a short time scale (8 weeks) and whilst it was a busy period for them leading up to our wedding (with Christmas and New Year) they were so supportive and we felt reassured they would deliver what they promised, and they did! Highly recommended.”

“We've been here three times now and this is the best Indian food that I've had outside of India! The dishes are much more interesting than your usual Indian restaurant - with so much more flavour and beautifully presented. There are excellent vegetarian choices for both starters and main courses. The staff are really friendly and attentive and keen to chat about the menu if you need help choosing. We are very lucky to have this restaurant in Romiley!”

“I don't drink so I always have coffee, my coffee was spot on and as a bonus there was a choice of chocolate biscuits, yum yum, staff very pleasant place spotless definitely would be first port of call if I lived in Disley which is only a mile or so from Stockport and a bit more to Buxton a good starting point for walkers, with Lyme park a few yards down the road”

“Ordered from Mr Ali’s for the first time today and will definitely be our go to Indian takeaway from now on! They offer a 15% off on takeaway orders which is an added bonus :) We ordered a collection and when we got home noticed we were missing a portion of chips and we called them and they resolved the issue straight away and within 10 minutes they delivered a portion of chips! They even put onion bhajis in the bag as an apology! Cannot fault this place at all. Great quality food, great customer service! 10/10 recommend.”

“I arranged a surprise birthday get together for my husband’s birthday on 23rd October. Lauren was fantastic in helping me organise this & sectioned off the room behind the bar for family & friends. I ordered sandwiches for everyone who attended. They were delicious & everyone enjoyed them. All our family & friends agreed that the Norfolk Arms is a great pub, with great staff & a great atmosphere. Thanks for making the surprise party really special! Highly recommend!”

“Fantastic restaurant! Where do I start. I've been ordering delivery and going in sometimes for a couple of years now and it's always really tasty and friends and family I share it with always agree too. I have a friend who lives 15 miles away who's hooked on coming weekly, you can bring your own booze for a cheaper meal out. The staff are friendly... even my family from India who can cook and afford top class food themselves, loved it! Reccomend the Lamb Karahi, Tarka Daal, Begun (Aubergine) Bhaji, Prawn Puri and Garlic & Coriander Naan, in particular. Great food and great value. Feel lucky to have this "hidden gem" on my doorstep in Reddish :-) Thanks.”

“Lovely little cafe, had a walk in the park with my family then found the café very friendly and warm, staff are many adults with learning difficulties which was so lovely as my youngest son has Downs syndrome. Food was good and the coffee was hot, my son enjoyed the freely available paper and pencils”
