“Great place - went there a few months ago on the way to the cinema, messed up our timings and they were super helpful getting us the food really quickly. They had a really good looking wine list and also a properly interesting whisky list, need to go back and sample it properly!”

“Just literally finished the food and was absolutely spot on. Burgers were soooooo nice and everything else on top was amazing. We had an issue with missing items on delivery as the driver didn’t drop it off and they soon got us a replacement ready and treated us to some ice cream for the issue. “Amazing authentic Halal Chinese in Manchester. We ordered a variety of dishes off the menu and each item was out of this world! All flavours were so unique and the dips - loved the HK sauce (which came with each dish) each complimented the flavours so well. We ordered the prawn and chicken dumplings steamed dumplings, the typhoon squid and veggie spring rolls to start and was pleasantly surprised with how hot and fresh each of the items were. This was followed by our Bao buns; Prawn and Chicken bao were absolutely scrumptious. We thought it couldn’t get any better and then came the star of the show… Lamb on Crack! Just WOW - melt in your mouth lamb with an amazing taste which makes them sooooo addictive - Now we understand why they’re called “Lamb on Crack”!!! Just truly blown away by the whole experience: food, service, prices and hospitality. Very generous owner who went above and beyond to satisfy its customers with a service with a smile and hot fresh food, all at a great price - this is an example of how a food business should be. “Called in 4 days ago when everywhere was snowed under and the roads were deadly with ice! The absolutely lovely landlady came rushing to the door and guided us into the warmth. She had one of the staff make a hot coffee for my husband free! I bought a lager and lime which was just perfect. While we were there two paramedics called in to use the toilets; and again, the landlady made them both a cup of coffee free of charge! What a lovely, down to earth lady! The other staff were friendly too. Really nice, traditional pub with wonderfully welcoming staff. Highly recommended! ☺️”
