“After moving to The Heatons we struggled to find a good Indian takeout/ restaurant until we discovered Bay Leaf. It's all fresh and cooked to order and not to greasy, so no bloated stomachs the next day. The staff are wonderful and friendly too. Yesterday whilst we are self isolating you went above and beyond to make sure we could still have the curry we craved. THANKS so much. Rich and Anles”

“Great coffee shop located in the MediaCity. It is very bright inside, with large floor-to-ceiling windows making two of the four walls. The interior is done in a minimalist style, dominated by colours like white, grey and black. However, it does not feel hostile. There are two floors, the upper floor is only accessible via stairs, but the ground floor can be accessible on a wheelchair. The music inside is on a louder side, so I don't think it is a right place if you like to read or focus with a cup of coffee. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. You make an order as you come in, pay, and then wait for it to be brought to your table. The service can be slow, but not because nobody cares, just nobody is in a rush. The flat white I ordered was great, very smooth and creamy. The drink size is quite small, but the taste makes up for it. The bake was also great. The prices are only slightly higher than in Starbucks or Costa Coffee, but the quality is superb. Overall, I think it is a great coffee shop for a cup of good coffee and friendly service.”

“This is an exceptional place, provides customers with all the supplies and ingredients they need. The staff are lovely and are really reliable. They are organised in terms of product layout. Structure is logical. Amazing! In general. They even have a chinese restaurant attached which was superb. At a reasonable price as well. Delicious!”

“Called in while staying in the hotel around the corner. The store was neat, tidy, and clean. I restarted the starbucks app 3 times, and each tim, it gave me a new value (come on starbuck, uk, sort this pitiful app). However, the members of staff were patient while I tried to add funds to it. It was also explained that I could still use the app without preloading.. first member of staff to explain this. Thank y, u Holly, Jadeyn, and Dan for the help and great coffee. Keep up the good work.”
