“I have read the review of James Hughes below. Thought I would add.. I was present when James entered the shop, helped himself to coffee without asking or being offered (I appreciate we’ve all been raised differently!) .. jumped the queue .. before announcing ‘the last barber messed my haircut up and I would like mine washing now’ .. I was in the seat near the window and I looked at the owner with an expression of ‘what the ***‘ absolutely amazed at his rudeness. Still.. they all treated him with respect. Amazed to see the review below ! I too have been going to this barbers since they opened. They are 100% top drawer. Absolutely professional, courteous and polite. Nothing is too much trouble. A credit to Glossop.”

“Our beloved local curry takeaway. Everyone has an opinion on local takeaways, often varied but I can say factually that we have used Taj Balti for about 7 years and have been consistently happy with the quality, generosity of portions, friendly and helpful service, thoughtful touches. My partner is a fussy eater who will stick to what he likes and he rates their vegetable samber as among the best, also their raita, naan, lamb hoppers and chicken pakoras are particularly good. Plenty of interesting dishes to try from chef's special menu if you are a bit more adventurous than my partner. Better value than the other Indian / Bangladeshi takeaways in Glossop without compromising quality.”

“I have been using this garage now for some time and I must say, what an amazing business. For years now I have been wanting to restore my mk1 Ford Capri. These guys have taken to the job and what a difference. So far, the front valance replaced, front crossmember removed and replaced, both sills replaced with plenty of welding, Cylinder head removed then full engine replacement all for a very fair price. The car is finally up and running and back on the road. I cant say just how impressed I am at the quality of their work. Next stage, Wings and bonnet then eventually a full respray. Turns out they have a full heated spray booth at the back of the garage, there really is no job that these guys cant undertake. Once again thank you Car Care Centre, I will continue updating this review as the restoration progresses!”

I would recommend little stars to anyone who wants kind caring and dedicated staff to look after their child along with home grown produce making up the home made organic foods they eat.”
