“I have never dealt with this garage until today and I am overwhelmed by their service and genuine care. After changing the wheel on my car (somewhere else) and accidentally snapping one of the wheel nuts in the process (leaving half the nut stuck in the wheel hub) I visited 3 garages who all told me there was nothing they could do. I was directed to Higher Road and the guy there explained what he may be able to do, and also explained what may need to be done , worst-case-scenario. He could obviously see I was pretty distraught and with my young son in tow I was in a bit of a situation as ideally I shouldn't drive the car without all 4 nuts whole and secure. He asked me if I minded leaving my car with him for 15-20 minutes and he would try and drill it out. I came back and he had not only sorted it but was very generous in his service cost. I am honestly so grateful for his kindness ...it's just something you don't experience often. Thank you so much. I would not think twice about coming to this garage in future for any repairs, servicing, MOT..etc. and will recommend to anyone.”

“Thomas and Harry are very knowledgeable and are absolute professionals at their job. Came to them to get my alloys refurbished and my rear lights tinted. Because one of my alloys needed welding I collected the car the next day and it was a smashing good job. Wheels are bright gloss black and the rear lights were perfectly tinted. Just in love with what they have done to it, should've seen how my face lit up when I saw the finished product. I was even dropped off back home and picked up after when the job was done. They go many steps further for their customers and I cannot recommend them enough to anyone who needs something doing to their vehicle.
