Amy was very helpful and just said pop in whenever and they'd fit me in and Adam was brilliant and checked my oil and water too. He worked on my pride and joy, a rare corvette engined 6.0 v8 HSV Clubsport R8 muscle car. Most garages are reluctant to work on my car because they have no idea what it is, or feel that because its not a Ford fiesta, I should pay through the nose due to the supposedly complicated nature of my car, when it's not at all. Mick has performed all kinds of work on my car, done a great job each time and its been very reasonably priced. My car certainly won't be going anywhere else but here. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, telling me what extras I would need for the fitting (DAB aerial, harness, fascia etc.) and how much they would cost. HI kept me upto date every step of the way, they went above and beyond to get some additional changes I wanted doing (wheel change), and have now made me enjoy driving my car again. “I have never dealt with this garage until today and I am overwhelmed by their service and genuine care. After changing the wheel on my car (somewhere else) and accidentally snapping one of the wheel nuts in the process (leaving half the nut stuck in the wheel hub) I visited 3 garages who all told me there was nothing they could do. I was directed to Higher Road and the guy there explained what he may be able to do, and also explained what may need to be done , worst-case-scenario. He could obviously see I was pretty distraught and with my young son in tow I was in a bit of a situation as ideally I shouldn't drive the car without all 4 nuts whole and secure. He asked me if I minded leaving my car with him for 15-20 minutes and he would try and drill it out. I came back and he had not only sorted it but was very generous in his service cost. I am honestly so grateful for his kindness ...it's just something you don't experience often. Thank you so much. I would not think twice about coming to this garage in future for any repairs, servicing, MOT..etc. and will recommend to anyone.”

New Airbag module & reprogramming was done at a very economical price couple of days later. Dennis & Rafique were very helpful. They also fixed my new HID headlights and window regulator couple of days later. Very friendly, economical & reliable place for all electrical needs. Would definitely recommend.”
