After changing the wheel on my car (somewhere else) and accidentally snapping one of the wheel nuts in the process (leaving half the nut stuck in the wheel hub) I visited 3 garages who all told me there was nothing they could do. I was directed to Higher Road and the guy there explained what he may be able to do, and also explained what may need to be done , worst-case-scenario. He could obviously see I was pretty distraught and with my young son in tow I was in a bit of a situation as ideally I shouldn't drive the car without all 4 nuts whole and secure. He asked me if I minded leaving my car with him for 15-20 minutes and he would try and drill it out. I came back and he had not only sorted it but was very generous in his service cost. I am honestly so grateful for his kindness ...it's just something you don't experience often. Thank you so much. I would not think twice about coming to this garage in future for any repairs, servicing, MOT..etc. and will recommend to anyone.”
