“I have just had a rack fitted by alan and his team, all i can say is that they are highly efficient and very professional from the initial phone call to completion which was literally two weeks Alan was very quick to respond and kept me posted with updates as needed. As for the rack itself it is of high quality far exceeding a Rhino rack which I've used in the past. Quality craftsmanship with a personal touch. I have a brand new VW Crafter LWB and the rack looks great with it. I opted for the aerofoil to reduce wind noise and it really works cannot hear a thing. The removable ladder is also a great option if your not wanting to bolt a ladder to your rear door. Thanks again guys, all the best.”

They tolerated my chatterbox attitude and showed tremendous patience as they appreciated my Boris Johnson impressions. Sense of humour with skillful service is a great combination. They went far out their way to do bits and bobs that helped me pass MOT and they were absolutely strict and professional about their standards. I am very much impressed.
