James was so polite and immediately diagnosed the issue with my washer spray where at my previous garage wher the MOT was Failed asked me to replace all 3 jets costing me almost 100 pound including VAT. It was like heart patient was asked to operate his kidneys. And today I saved my 80 pounds and took my car to the right hands where all the three Jets were perfectly fine and issue was blockage in water tank. Thanks a lot James for your kind help dropping me back home in the morning. 100% Recommended.”

“Kev is an absolute miracle worker. I hit a post in a supermarket and it trashed the side of my new car. I was devastated!! I literally couldn't bare the sound of metal on metal every time I shut the door, it was awful. I honestly didn't think he'd be able to fix it but, it's literally as good as new, I can't believe it. I dropped it off on the Monday morning and had it back by Friday afternoon. He gave me his quote and stuck to it, very professional and superb workmanship. “I have never dealt with this garage until today and I am overwhelmed by their service and genuine care. After changing the wheel on my car (somewhere else) and accidentally snapping one of the wheel nuts in the process (leaving half the nut stuck in the wheel hub) I visited 3 garages who all told me there was nothing they could do. I was directed to Higher Road and the guy there explained what he may be able to do, and also explained what may need to be done , worst-case-scenario. He could obviously see I was pretty distraught and with my young son in tow I was in a bit of a situation as ideally I shouldn't drive the car without all 4 nuts whole and secure. He asked me if I minded leaving my car with him for 15-20 minutes and he would try and drill it out. I came back and he had not only sorted it but was very generous in his service cost. I am honestly so grateful for his kindness ...it's just something you don't experience often. Thank you so much. I would not think twice about coming to this garage in future for any repairs, servicing, MOT..etc. and will recommend to anyone.”

We operate Emergency Ambulances on behalf of the NHS and it's vital that our fleet is up to scratch and we can get the most of the vehicle when time is of the essence. “I’ve been waiting 6 months for an appointment and the day I had toothache is the day I had a call to come in! I went in on Wednesday & was called back in today to have a root canal treatment which was performed by Sid I believe his name was. I’ve never felt more at ease with a dentist, he was very friendly & we had a good conversation yet he remained very professional. He kept asking me throughout if I was ok, and I could tell he loved what he does as the tooth he has now created genuinely looks like a real tooth & that’s down to his skill. I will be back soon for the rest of my teeth to be fixed!! I’ll never go anywhere else now and I will forever recommend this place especially that particular dentist! I also met his colleague who was also extremely friendly and caring. Overall pleasant experience.”

“Great food , the platter for one is excellent especially the chops and the kobedah style kebab much tastier than a normal one. We had this between two and also a chance chicken kebab for our two girls and an extra chips, hummus and there type of halloumi (not great) , we ordered extra bread which was a mistake as it was far too much which was partly down to the waiter telling us that should be fine. But we got one with the hummus so just one extra would have been fine not 3. The bread is delicious though. All in all a great meal we will be back just not as much bread next time. Plenty of food for us four. Beautiful building.”
