He went 10 miles past the extra mile, and nothing was ever a problem. The work the garage produced was also nothing short of 10/10… Couldn’t of been happier with the result. “I would like to disagree with the previous review as I find the guys at ABS Stockport very hard working and professional. I have also seen the way a minority of customers speak to the staff and found it shocking what they have to put up with. I saw a guy once get very angry with them because he wanted parts at staff prices but didn't work for them and was an ex employee from another branch. I think the staff deserve a medal for putting up with people like this and shouldn't face the abuse they receive when just trying to do a job and made even more difficult with the covid restrictions. Keep up the hard work guys and try to brush off the nasty guys.”

“I booked an MOT and a mini service. Wow, what can I say. Amazing service and the staff are just simply lovely and went the extra mile for me. I cannot express the kindest and helpful support I received. I was offered a curtesy car to get to work whilst my car was getting serviced. I have to say I have never received such kind help and greetings with a smile. We even had a good chat afterwards and the monarchy haha. I will not be going elsewhere else for any service again for my car. If I could give 6 stars instead of 5 I would. Highly recommended and trustworthy. If I lived anywhere else in Manchester I would travel here also. The prices are fare and you can test the staff which is VERY rare in the car services.”

We keep going back as the customer service is superb, from Steve on the front desk when booking in and dropping off, to Phil and his team looking after the cars. Good communicators too - they call with updates and deliver on time which is significantly better service than we got from the main dealers and at a better price. I've had to call in a couple of times with an urgent need and they've looked after me while I waited and had me back on the road in no time. They will go the extra mile to look after us and in return they've earned our loyalty and recommendation.”
