“Managed to get my seatbelt stuck the day before a long journey, and despite not having an appointment they were happy to have a look at it for me. Was obviously a busy day as there were a lot of cars there yet no complaints about looking at it. Fixed it in minutes whilst being super friendly. Everyone was really nice, including the dog in reception who came to say hello! Have used this garage for servicing and wouldn’t ever go anywhere else now.”

“Honest and genuine service. I took my car in repeatedly for something I stupidly thought was an issue (which wasn't) and lucked out taking it here. Whilst many places would have either taken advantage and invented work, or charged through the nose for even looking at it, the gent here didn't even want to bill me for his time and patience. Gladly took it back for a real problem later on and got it sorted out quickly, at a good price. Wouldn't ever consider going anywhere else in future. Excellent service, really nice guys. 10/10”

“Absolute champs. Got a punctured tyre four hours before I had to drive 1 hour and 30 mins to Doncaster Airport to pick up family. Figured I was out of luck, but called them out of desperation at 4:30pm (two hours before closing), fully expecting them not to be able to help. They had me driving off with a brand new tyre less than an hour later. Absolute lifesavers. Fully expected (and was willing) to pay £100+, but they charged a fair and normal price for a tyre change. Genuinely thankful for them going above and beyond to help out. Only garage I'll be using from here on out. Thanks to them, I got the family home safe and sound with no problem.”

“Tom, Taylor, Neil and the lads at Westfield are AWESOME. When we first took the van, they greeted us and waved us into the yard. I had a challenging problem that other garages had simply wanted to take out and replace the turbo unit at over £1,000. Westfield identified the issue and fixed it, this saving me a fortune. I've since taken my car, and they've been honest and diligent with issues. I'll go back to Westfield every time now, it's so refreshing to find a garage that don't simply plug in diagnostics and replace parts. They've also taken on non mechanical jobs and enjoy a challenge... From welding a captains seat to installing a WiFi router and diesal heater. Highly recommended.”

“Needed to sell my car coming to the end of a PCP deal and about to take delivery of a brand new car. Spoke to a number of other dealerships, many of who offered higher prices, but whose promises ultimately came to nothing. Luigi and his team thoroughly looked over my car, washed it, test drove it, and offered me a fair price. I trusted both him and his son Nick and they were both brilliant to deal with. In the end, they'd have been forgiven for pulling out of the purchase as they were about to go into lockdown for a month, and my car was going to sit on the forecourt doing nothing for 4 weeks. They still went ahead with the deal for which I am very grateful. Cup of tea and a biscuit on both visits, and I even left with a bottle of wine. Father and son both lovely characters - real petrol heads and a pleasure to deal with. Really can't recommend highly enough.”

“Went to Cheadle Kwikfit after being told by staff at the Stockport branch were fully booked and too busy to fit me in - even though it was before 4pm on a friday and there was only "1" car on the ramp, clearly NOT too busy or fully booked! Anyway, took a 10 minute drive to the Cheadle branch and was extremely impressed at how nice, polite, friendly and efficient the staff there was. A complete difference to Stockport. I went in and was greeted by a happy smiling face on the reception desk. The lady took my keys and my car had 3 brand new much needed tyres put on it and was done so quickly that i was driving home 20 minutes later! Needless to say Cheadle Kwikfit will be my 1st choice for new tyres or repairs next time! Thank you so much CHEADLE KWIKFIT - u really saved my bacon!!”
