The mechanic Ian said they could fit me in today and remembered that i lived two roads away so he drove me home due to my mobility difficulties and returned my car home within a couple of hour's with the new MOT certificate and the card machine to pay. “Kev is an absolute miracle worker. I hit a post in a supermarket and it trashed the side of my new car. I was devastated!! I literally couldn't bare the sound of metal on metal every time I shut the door, it was awful. I honestly didn't think he'd be able to fix it but, it's literally as good as new, I can't believe it. I dropped it off on the Monday morning and had it back by Friday afternoon. He gave me his quote and stuck to it, very professional and superb workmanship. “I have never dealt with this garage until today and I am overwhelmed by their service and genuine care. After changing the wheel on my car (somewhere else) and accidentally snapping one of the wheel nuts in the process (leaving half the nut stuck in the wheel hub) I visited 3 garages who all told me there was nothing they could do. I was directed to Higher Road and the guy there explained what he may be able to do, and also explained what may need to be done , worst-case-scenario. He could obviously see I was pretty distraught and with my young son in tow I was in a bit of a situation as ideally I shouldn't drive the car without all 4 nuts whole and secure. He asked me if I minded leaving my car with him for 15-20 minutes and he would try and drill it out. I came back and he had not only sorted it but was very generous in his service cost. I am honestly so grateful for his kindness ...it's just something you don't experience often. Thank you so much. I would not think twice about coming to this garage in future for any repairs, servicing, MOT..etc. and will recommend to anyone.”

“I’ve been waiting 6 months for an appointment and the day I had toothache is the day I had a call to come in! I went in on Wednesday & was called back in today to have a root canal treatment which was performed by Sid I believe his name was. I’ve never felt more at ease with a dentist, he was very friendly & we had a good conversation yet he remained very professional. He kept asking me throughout if I was ok, and I could tell he loved what he does as the tooth he has now created genuinely looks like a real tooth & that’s down to his skill. I will be back soon for the rest of my teeth to be fixed!! I’ll never go anywhere else now and I will forever recommend this place especially that particular dentist! I also met his colleague who was also extremely friendly and caring. Overall pleasant experience.”
