They assessed it, ordered the tyre and kept my car overnight and dropped my car to work the next day, no hassle at all. Very reasonably priced, reliable and such a lovely manner. All the mechanics here are friendly and reliable, lately Halfords told me my replacement wiper linkage would cost £320 I called John, who advised me what to do ended up paying £60 fitted saved me £260!
