“I would like to disagree with the previous review as I find the guys at ABS Stockport very hard working and professional. I have also seen the way a minority of customers speak to the staff and found it shocking what they have to put up with. I saw a guy once get very angry with them because he wanted parts at staff prices but didn't work for them and was an ex employee from another branch. I think the staff deserve a medal for putting up with people like this and shouldn't face the abuse they receive when just trying to do a job and made even more difficult with the covid restrictions. Keep up the hard work guys and try to brush off the nasty guys.”

“I’ve been waiting 6 months for an appointment and the day I had toothache is the day I had a call to come in! I went in on Wednesday & was called back in today to have a root canal treatment which was performed by Sid I believe his name was. I’ve never felt more at ease with a dentist, he was very friendly & we had a good conversation yet he remained very professional. He kept asking me throughout if I was ok, and I could tell he loved what he does as the tooth he has now created genuinely looks like a real tooth & that’s down to his skill. I will be back soon for the rest of my teeth to be fixed!! I’ll never go anywhere else now and I will forever recommend this place especially that particular dentist! I also met his colleague who was also extremely friendly and caring. Overall pleasant experience.”

“Had 4 brand new Pirelli P zero run flat tyres fitted on to my car by Quick Lane a couple of days ago had some insurance issues. Rang them up yesterday morning and spoke to a staff member there who put me through to a manager called Duncan, lovely gentleman easy to speak to. Explained the situation to him, he said he will look in to it and ring me back and when he did he asked no questions, no ifs and no buts. Just said I shall order 4 brand new Pirelli P Zeros the ones you would like as soon as I get off the phone and you can bring it in the morning and I’ll have it sorted for you. Went there this morning told me a ramp will be free in half an hour and will take a further hour to put them on. Came back after an hour after going to get some breakfast the car was done. Checked it over with me, thanked Duncan and off I went. Duncan managed the situation with the highest level of professionalism and he is a really nice guy. I will be going there again all because of the way I was treated, the service the whole team had provided and how the situation was dealt with.”

“So I called on a Saturday, at 10am to ask if they had an appointment he said bring it ASAP and he can fit it in, I was due a tyre change before the mot to ensured it passed. I then arrived at 11.30, clearly really busy with multiple cars I was told it will be later on in the day. Come 3 o'clock my car was ready and passed I was very pleased with the service. I found this garage and the gentleman was extremely helpful and topped up the tyres for me without problem which helped me reach my destination about 250miles away. “Recommended by the RAC when they couldn’t fix the clutch. RS Autos were the only garage willing to attempt the repair of our car in time for collection the following Saturday (we were en route from Anglesey to the Yorkshire Dales). The service we received was first class. A clutch replacement was required and although they were busy they went out of their way to complete the job in time for collection on the Saturday morning. Although the garage was normally closed the owner travelled a considerable distance to meet us and give us the keys. They did a very good job replacing the clutch on the car. I would not hesitate recommending them to anyone”

No such worries with Ashbury Service Station, who have looked after me and my cars consistently with good banter and great service. When I needed a coil spring replacing, one place quoted me £145; Ashbury quoted me £60. It was a no-brainer. I've never felt like they've messed me about, not once.
