Unfortunately the issue was something that needed to be fixed at a BMW specialist but the service was great, I brought it in on the off chance they could look that day, which they did for me straightaway. “Kev is an absolute miracle worker. I hit a post in a supermarket and it trashed the side of my new car. I was devastated!! I literally couldn't bare the sound of metal on metal every time I shut the door, it was awful. I honestly didn't think he'd be able to fix it but, it's literally as good as new, I can't believe it.
