“Gina is fantastic, the best groomer we've been too. She takes a lot of personal care with the dogs, whereas some places it's just like a conveyor belt. We have two dogs, the youngest had only his second cut ever and first with Gina. She text me to let me know he was becoming quite anxious and that she was taking little breaks in between so as to not over stress him. This is a great example of how much she cares about their wellbeing. Not only that, the cut was perfect! We loved it. Our second dog got cut today, she's been a few times so no bother with her, but thanks to Gina's diligence she spotted the dog's teeth could do with a good clean. Her attention to detail is second to none. And of course it goes without saying the cut was perfect again. Can't recommend Woof n Go highly enough!”

“Jess on reception and Charlotte the vet were absolutely brilliant. We also spoke to a vet nurse as part of our visit who was equally very helpful. We were 300 miles from home and had an emergency with our pet. We were extremely impressed with everything about Holly House Vet practice. “I have just received the pink waterproof coat for Biscuit our 18 month old West Highland Terrier. She looks absolutely gorgeous in it and it fits perfectly. “Cam is an absolute Star. I was nervous leaving my pup with another human for the night, especially as he can be quite a high maintenence dog, but Cam put me completely at ease. I was kept updated with pictures of Bilbo relaxed or interacting with a chew. He was kept entertained with enrichment activities and I felt confident that he was happy and cared for. Bilbo loved his sleepover with Aunty Cam, and she will be the first person we will call if we need a dog sitter again. 11/10 - would recommend”

“Tracy's looked after our cat during two separate holidays now and I can confidentially say she is the perfect sitter! She is super friendly and organised. She popped round before we went away to discuss the cat's food arrangements and other routines before coming back twice a day whilst we were away. On the first occasion, we'd only had our cat a couple of months when we left her with Tracy but we felt totally reassured as she was such a natural with her and kept us up-to-date with messages and photos on WhatsApp. I highly recommend Tracy to anyone looking for a pet sitter.”
