“I have always been a very nervous patient, and not having my regular check ups due to Covid a filling came out recently and I was extremely apprehensive and nervous about making an appointment. Steven and his team were fantastic with me as always, they made me feel comfortable, calm and were extremely understanding. Even from the initial call to make the appointment, the lovely lady on reception was so welcoming and accommodating and made me feel they had missed me. I can not recommend Steven and his team enough, they have always been so good with me and where other dentists have failed to be able to get me to have treatment, they succeed in relaxing me by being very personable, and caring. “Been for a prostate biopsy today. I had been seriously dreading the proceedure. I have to say the team under Professor Andrew Sinclair were superb. All the staff I interfaced with were kind and careing and put me at ease. I was kept fully informed on what was happening with regards to physio, equipment needed by the o.t. and what would happen after discharge. Thank you could not fault my stay there at all.”
