“Bean shares a Burntwood co-working space, so as you'd expect it's got a professional vibe. There's somewhere to hang your coat, beautiful furniture and coffee is taken seriously (without being pretentious) so it feels high-end: but remains reasonably priced and the service is friendly without making you feel pestered or that you're out-staying your welcome. It's a perfect place to quietly type out an email, catch up with colleagues or catch your breath between meetings.”

“WoW...! , I have just had the nicest breakfast sandwich in a long time. The food seemed top quality. You may find this place to have slightly higher prices then some cafes. But in my eyes its worth every penny. The staff also were friendly. They have marquee outside as well as inside dinning. It looked extremely cosy well set out and extremely clean.”

“Amazing choice of coffees and such friendly service. Clearly a labour of love for the person (people?) who run it. I got to smell the jars and decide which one I liked the most, then my bag was weighed to order so you can decide how much to spend on a bag! Will definitely be back. Only place I've found in Ashton that does speciality coffee like this. Hopefully one day it can move into a larger, permanent space.”

“Excellent first meal at this café/occasional dinner venue. It was a Greek meze and we really enjoyed the whole experience. The food tasted authentic and the service was first class. By the way they do not have an alcohol licence but you are welcome to bring your own.”

Exceptional customer services, real empathy towards my little boy who has autism, understood where i was coming from, accomodated us with upmost respect very pleasant and cheerful to speak with (service with an absolute SMILE!!) and a real aabsolute Starbucks, just what you need thr right kinda staff for the job! (David even came over to us to ask how our drinks were and if there was anything else he could!!) Amazing! Couldn'thave done enough for us made us feel really comfortable and at ease....He deserves an absolute payrise and 5 Stars for his Exceptional customer services! “Got served a hot choc with marshmallows & cream. And a caramel cappuccino. OMG awesome, couldn't fault it. Also ordered 2 nutella waffles with ice cream. What an absolute delight. Got served by the lady manager. A beautiful host and credit to the company. A very good location, overlooking The Lowry Theatre. Far better then Costa downstairs.”

“Sarah the duty manager... exceptional! This lady knows how to manage efficiently and effectively! Her customer service skills are on point and she knows how to treat people respectfully and with compassion. My experience with her was fantastic and I can't praise her enough. We had a minor issue with a staff member refusing disability access to my aunt but Lucy was quick to intervene and resolve the incident with kindness and empathy. I have worked in hostility for 18 years and I am confident to say this lady knows how to manage with dignity and respect. Massive well done for you and everything you do”

“Nice wetherspoons pub in the middle of Altrincham. We had food and drinks but they messed up the order so only 3 of the 4 meals arrived together. They didn't charge us for the 4th and put it top of the list. It's cheap, simple and tasty fair. It's nicely decorated and was popular when we visited on bank holiday Monday afternoon.”

The ambience was lovely, lots of food choice and staff were willing to deviate a little from the menu to accommodate my requests. Lovely to be able to have a cheeky glass of red with the food too.
