During my treatments Kay discussed the best skin care routine and brands to use for my skin which has been invaluable. Whilst you may think you can get cheaper facials on groupon etc, believe me, you’re paying for quality products and a first class service here and if you want results that last, you need to invest (your face is the first thing people see!). All of the technicians are brilliant (Dionne, Natalie and Laura I see most often), there's no judgement and you wouldn't think it's different to any other busy hair salon. I must mention stylist Rachel who really took the time yesterday to listen to what I wanted and what would work for me when cutting my hair, and talking me through all the options. It's a three hour trip door to door for me but completely worth the journey.”
