“Had such a wonderful time experience Sunday afternoon. I had the roast Turkey and my husband the roast beef! The food was absolutely stunning, so tasted and meat melted in my mouth ! The atmosphere was vibrant and cosy and the staff were so attentive! Honestly nothing ! Was too much trouble for the well trained, polite and attentive staff! We have travelled a lot lately and have missed this level of service and kindness, they even nipped next door to their cocktail bar to provide special drinks requests! Thank you so much”

“Had a lovely Sunday lunch with family. They really looked after my mother in law who is on oxygen due to pulmonary fibrosis. Food was lovely and the staff were really welcoming, friendly and fun. The hotel, as you would expect for a wedding venue, does have really picturesque and well kept gardens, and for me it was an undiscovered gem. We will be back for afternoon tea very soon. “Visited here as I much prefer small independents to large chains. Surprisingly varied menu covering breakfasts through to lunches & afternoon tea. Food is freshly prepared & good quality. Friendly service & nice décor, courtyard garden for the warmer weather. Dog friendly. They can also cater for small parties functions etc. Been a few times now, becoming quite a regular!”

“I bought a pair of boots online. I'm in size 4. They are miles too small. Yet says they're size 4. It says contact them via chat. I've tried. No response. It says you can contact them via messenger. I've tried. No response. I cant get out of the house to return the boots so I'm stuck with a pair of boots that arnt the size they state they are. Why is it at new look the shoes/ boots are smaller than anywhere else. I'm disgusted. Shame on you new look. I understand y the shops shut due to covid. But when you cant get out to send them back. Its disgusting. No contact number either which there should be. I'm not happy at all.. and if I do manage to swap the boots what am I meant to do go for a size 6 when I'm in 4 so they fit,??? Fuming is an understatement”
