“Booked hotel through Secret Escapes for 2 nights.... more than exceeded our expectations. Friendly reception staff member on arrival together with concierge who took our luggage to our room . Lovely Riverside superior room spacious with all usual amenities. A very nice breakfast widechoice generous portions of food....again friendly service from restaurant staff. Great location short walk into centre of Manchester.. Well recommended.”

“I had to give five stars as there was no higher rating for the superior service by BLS Spain Manchester staff.They are so friendly and keep all the visitors at ease.Specially the most efficient lady at reception who is a fantastic asset to the office. I reached at 8:45 am and watched her work tirelessly till I was finished with my procedure. She handled the entire front desk like a pro and with a friendly atmosphere for all of us.Full points to her for her hard work with so much fun. I heard her answering all doubts without a grin. It is nice to see such faces and it is not always we get lucky by getting so much value for our time and money. My feedback for her is beyond 5 star rating. Entire staff at the Manchester office is friendly and very helpful.”

“Applying for a French tourist short stay visa, the whole booking process has been long windowed but it was doable with a bit of patience. We are due to travel on second week of November 2022, the visa documents were dropped off today 25/10/2022. It's highly unlikely that I will have my passport/visa back in time for the trip but miracles are all possible. All staff I encountered were professional I have no negative remarks to make about any of them. I arrived at 9:05am and I was all done at 9:45am. Compliments to the French-African security person a very professional and yet pleasant and funny. PS. I was unaware that spouses of UK citizens have now to pay the visa fee, although the French embassy doesn't seem to have updated their systems to reflect the change. TLS agent advised that the embassy got it the wrong in the application form which was clearly indicating that I would pay £0 and that since Brexit all spouses have to pay.”

“Easy to get a quote. Needed to phone direct to specify my security, as they weren't listed in drop down menu, then was sent my policy by email. Had to ask that they correct the date of passing motorcycle test AND correct date of passing car test, both of which were given to call handler. I then sent email enclosing my no claims bonus proof along with confirmation of dates of test passed and security devices which are always on my bike; I checked my policy carefully and could find no mention of my security devices (magnum plus collosus level 10) among other devices. All of which caused concern, but after reading 1000's of reviews about Carole Nash Insurance all said that the company always acted with utmost professional manner despite some minor hiccups. So, summing up, I now have my insurance sorted for another year with one of the best motoring companies around.”

“I regularly use these guys though it would help if customers can expect their cab around the time they book it not twenty mins early or twenty mins late not for any other reason than if they have an appointment that is extremely urgent, which today's was. Thank you for understanding”
