They have supplied me with a number of appliances over the years -a freezer, washing machines, a cooker, including delivery to a top floor flat (something Currys baulked at doing). Their prices are compatible and often better than John Lewis and they go the extra mile to find spare parts for appliances. My old Kenwood mixer has been kept going because they, and only they, found the spares.I would always use them now rather than a large distributor because of their great customer care.”

Despite lockdown restrictions in the spring 2021, Karl and the team went out of their way to work safely with us to plan our new kitchen. The design by Karl, Mark and Hannah stood out, showing flair but also addressing our concerns of having enough cupboard space and a layout that really works. Chris did an excellent job fitting the kitchen and utility and the project went very smoothly. Ann did a superb job project managing and getting everything sorted with minimum delays. We are really pleased with the overall result and have a kitchen that truly has the wow factor!”

Not only did the garage help me out with a battery booster pack, but one of the mechanics drove me to the van and assisted me with doing this. A new battery was ordered immediately by the roadside and they fitted it for me that afternoon. The cost was much lower than I expected as well. Absolutely brilliant service and would highly recommend using this garage.”

Ali served me today and ended up spending a lot of his time. Ended up spending £135 on a couple of vapes and some juice. He gave me some discount considering i spent quite a bit. “I needed to get an unboxed large piece of Lladro from a Manchester auction house to Hampshire. Pack and Send were recommended. I had a phone call with Dave Milsom, their auction specialist, apart from being great fun and friendly, he was extremely helpful and reassuring. The item was collected, packed, dispatched and delivered exactly to schedule. On opening the box I was amazed, the Lladro piece was in a foam mould and bubble wrap. It was so secure and simply the best packaging I have seen. Thanks to Dave and his colleagues for the best service Patrick Roberts”
