When we sat she explained the pedicure I had chosen (basic) which I really appreciate so I knew what I was getting even though I read the online description before it’s still nice to clarify. She then checked if I would like to upgrade to the next pedicure which I declined but again nice to be asked. She wore a mask during the pedicure which I believe may have been mostly for her protection from the filings but for those who might care about stuff like that may help you feel at ease.
