I have used these for years… today I got there for when the opening time stated 10:30… I was waiting in the cold for over 20 minutes when I could of easily gone somewhere else… when the lady turned up she told me she couldn’t do a pedicure as the chair wasn’t turned on… I was annoyed but continued to get my manicure done.. after she put the tips on and cut the first nail to the size I wanted a couple of the others she cut a bit shorter so I asked her if she could re do them two… she said your a very difficult customer so I’ll just take them off and you can go elsewhere!! DO NOT USE!! RUDE PEOPLE"
