“Went for a family meal on Christmas Eve. All the staff were lovely, the atmosphere was nice. There was no pressure between poppadoms, starters and mains,they even asked if we would like a 15 /20 minute break before our mains, most places rush the food out so this was a pleasant change. The food was stunning, very fresh, and very tasty. We all loved what we had. Highly recommended and would go again for sure. Thankyou to all the staff and credit to the chef, gorgeous food.”

“Ordered from Mr Ali’s for the first time today and will definitely be our go to Indian takeaway from now on! They offer a 15% off on takeaway orders which is an added bonus :) We ordered a collection and when we got home noticed we were missing a portion of chips and we called them and they resolved the issue straight away and within 10 minutes they delivered a portion of chips! They even put onion bhajis in the bag as an apology! Cannot fault this place at all. Great quality food, great customer service! 10/10 recommend.”

“Popped in to use the bar as we were waiting for teens to finish a birthday meal across the road. There was nowhere open to grab a coffee at 6.30pm on a snowy December eve. Although we were not dining in we were welcomed as any guest and the service was excellent even if it was for only 2 coffees and a beer. We are looking forward to coming back for a meal soon. “Took my family here over Christmas. 8 of us had a fantastic meal, great atmosphere, with pleasant and helpful staff. From the papadoms which were crisp and greasy to the starters (Lamb Chops) were perfection to the Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi it was an awesome meal. Bottle of wine was given as a regular customer. Highly recommend this as a local Indian restaurant. Go and try it today, you will not be disappointed.”

I had to call the restaurant to enquire about something and they have been really helpful too. 100% recommended. I had Onion Bhaji, king prawns korma, keema bhuna and naan (one garlic). “Sai spice is near the tram stop, just a couple of mins walk from Barlow moor road. Enjoyed the food here, specially the oothapam, Egg fries rice and chicken fries rice. Naan and chicken butter masala were very good. Would enjoy coming back for the fries rice or oothapam. If you are seated in the waiting area, quick grab the massage chair. It feels awesome to relax in it for a few mins”

“Ordered and collected from Woondaal for the first time tonight and was not disappointed. Bought a Woondaal Special Kebab Box, Keema on chips and some onion bhajis. Donner meat was cooked in a lovely sweet sauce with stir fried peppers and onions, chicken and lamb tikka was pleasantly moist and flavoured well and naan benefitted from the meat juices. Overall a massive portion but great quality too! Keema mince was very spicy but awesome. Definitely our new go to place! 9/10”
