“What an outstanding studio. Best experience I’ve had. Great staff and all artists so friendly. I had 4 days in total with Claire Hamill and she gave me the most amazing tattoo. A massive thanks to Claire and looking forward to another work of art from her soon. “Fantastic authentic Italian cuisine at a reasonable price, great service and a passion for food and impressing the customer. Very good menu of Italian favourites as well as some more items that show off the Italian pedigree. Fantastic thin crust wood fired pizzas that are also very popular to collect and takeaway. Good choice of wine and beverages with a focus on italian beers, all your favourites are here. Nice atmosphere as the restaurant isn't massive with an open kitchen with the pizza oven on view. Due to the size and popularity I would recommend booking especially if you're a larger party. For me one of the few eateries in the area that deserve a 5 star rating. Keep up the good work!”

“Very good pizza, one of the best I've had. They had some beers on draft, which were tasty and reasonably priced, but not listed on the drinks menu, so its worth asking when you go. Friendly service and cool interior.”

“Visited in the morning with a friend for some breakfast. We ordered the English breakfast and the desi one. Both were very hearty. A very warm welcome from the staff, service was great and overall a lovely place. Will definitely recommend and I'll coming back again. We finished off with dessert. “Had the Nashville burger combo. The burger was the biggest chicken burger I have ever had! The taste was nice, had a kick too it but not too hot to make it too much to enjoy. The fries were tasty as well and they gave me 3 dips without me asking :) one was white, the other orange (like chipotle mayo), and one which I didn't even notice til I had finished my food which looked like a chili/spicy dip. Overall good taste and the pricing is fair/reasonable so you definitely get your money's worth in my opinion.”

“Myself and my partner took my parents here on Saturday night when they had come up to visit. It was a fairly last minute booking so the only time available was 8.30pm but it was so worth it. We arrived a little early and it was very busy! There was a large group leaving and there were another large group sat down at the table. We were told we could wait at the bar and order a drink. The man at the bar was lovely, though clearly very busy dealing with drinks orders for tables as well as the 6 people standing at the bar, but we were happy to wait. By the time our drinks orders were done a table was ready and we were taken to be seated. Every member of staff was a delight in there. And the food? AMAZING. As we finished up our meal the chef came out to ask how our meal was. What a lovely guy! We had a little chat with him before leaving. As we left and got in a cab the chef came running out with my dad's phone and glasses he left at the table. Can't wait to go back. So glad we booked here.”

“Had an awesome meal with a mate. Between courses they'd come out with little tasters and you can have a choice of breasts both gratis as part of the experience. Cost more than plenty of restaurants, but not ridiculous either considering it was all very nice. A few reviews mention weirdness with the staff (probably gone now), we had nothing like that. My images show the haddock starter with sweet chilli and ginger, and my dessert. Sorry forgot the pic of my main course, the steak and peppercorn Just note that if you are funny about trying new things with this as a French restaurant, the menu descriptions were in English, and while there's plenty of fancy things, you can still have twists on very English choices. Cost £38 for 2 courses on the Xmas menu, then paid more for desert and drinks”

“Was recommended this place years back when a student living in Manchester and loved their curries. Lived in many other cities due to jobs but relocated to the North West about 15 years ago and was delighted to see my old haunt was still going strong and run by the same family who treated me like a log lost friend when I popped in for a take away. I've now got my OH and the kids to enjoy the delights of this gem of a take away. My personal favourite chicken madras and naan bread but we've not had a poor dish from there. My kids love the korma and tikka masala and we always try another dish as the OH doesn't have a particular favourite, as long as its curry from there he's happy. This place is a real treat for us, living 30 mins away we don't go weekly but it is the best Indian take away we've visited and our food is still piping hot when we get home so its well worth the trek. The owners are a lovely family and always make you feel welcome, their food is amazingly good I cannot rate them highly enough.”

“My husband and I went to this beautiful restaurant for the first time under the new owners, and we were made most welcome. The menu had plenty of choices for all tastes. The food was cooked to perfection and well presented and was delicious, the wine good and the cocktails fabulous, and the service impeccable. Just one small thing, it would be even better with hot plates, that is maybe a personal thing on my part though. We have booked a table for Christmas Eve for ourselves and 3 friends and am really looking forward to it. Thank you for your kind and impeccable service and thank you for a lovely evening.”

The staff were attentive without being overbearing, the pasta was gorgeous, we would recommend this restaurant, and have already. The prices were also good. “I love Steranko. The clothing is top quality. I often walk past and think I'd quite happily replace my entire wardrobe with clothing from the shop. There are amazing shoes, bags and jewellery as well. Favourite item of the year- quality electric blue jeans. Service is always nice as well...every customer is special:-)”
