“Absolutely lovely pub, very nice exterior and interior. Made a last minute decision to come for Sunday roast, and despite the restaurant being fully booked, they were more than happy to accommodate us in the bar area. Food came out fairly quickly and it was absolutely delicious. A decent sized portion and every part of it was tasty! Will definitely come again to try other items on the menu.”

“Myself and my partner took my parents here on Saturday night when they had come up to visit. It was a fairly last minute booking so the only time available was 8.30pm but it was so worth it. We arrived a little early and it was very busy! There was a large group leaving and there were another large group sat down at the table. We were told we could wait at the bar and order a drink. The man at the bar was lovely, though clearly very busy dealing with drinks orders for tables as well as the 6 people standing at the bar, but we were happy to wait. By the time our drinks orders were done a table was ready and we were taken to be seated. Every member of staff was a delight in there. And the food? AMAZING. As we finished up our meal the chef came out to ask how our meal was. What a lovely guy! We had a little chat with him before leaving. As we left and got in a cab the chef came running out with my dad's phone and glasses he left at the table. Can't wait to go back. So glad we booked here.”

“This place is THE go to place for great food. Staff are superb and really pleasant. The kebabs are the best around without a doubt. The fish is battered and cooked just right. Overall it is a knock out take away. Highly recommend it.”

“I had heard good things about this place from a friend and as I was travelling home from work my son amd I decided to swing in. We were made to feel very welcome, the staff are really lovely and the food was top notch. Needless to say we left feeling very full and happy. They have a number of good deals during the week so doesn't hurt your wallet either. We will see you soon”

“Took my family here over Christmas. 8 of us had a fantastic meal, great atmosphere, with pleasant and helpful staff. From the papadoms which were crisp and greasy to the starters (Lamb Chops) were perfection to the Chicken Tikka Jalfrezi it was an awesome meal. Bottle of wine was given as a regular customer. Highly recommend this as a local Indian restaurant. Go and try it today, you will not be disappointed.”

“After a nice walk down the local loop line and a play on the park, the café in the village is a fabulous place to head for. Warm and welcoming staff, serving delicious hot and cold food. “A great pub. One of the friendliest pubs in Swinton. Lindsey is a wonderful land lady and goes out of her way to ensure everyone is happy and has a good time. Lots of events going on games nights, karaoke, dancing. I always look forward to a night in there.”

“Went to the Boundary Stone for a family meal on Thursday 10/11/2022 it was our first time and already booked for next week. Food was very tasty and well presented we all enjoyed our meals. “I have ordered from these guys since moving to Worsley a year ago and honestly they have nailed my orders everytime! Tonight I forgot to order poppadoms I called up to ask if they had forgotten them (not realising it was my mistake and I hadn’t added them to my order) within 5 minutes they had them at my door complimentary! So not only is the food great but the customer service is amazing too!! Can’t rate them enough!!”

Good reasonably priced food and drink options, live entertainment on some Friday nights, open mike night Thursdays and fantastic Sunday roast dinner options with acoustic singer too. Alternatively you could call in fir a coffee and cake(s). Highly recommended.”

“Just had a delicious meal here, we were served by Alison who was lovely! The only complaint would be that a service charge of 12.5% was automatically added to the bill not giving us a chance to leave a her a tip for the great service. Not put us off though and will be returning for further meals.”
