“I have been a customer of Pamper and Polish for about 5 years now. I would highly recommend Louise and her team (Ellie - nails and Jamie Hair). All are extremely professional and very friendly. Louise carries out all her treatments to the highest standard using high quality products. Over the years the treatments I have experienced include massages, facials, pedicures, manicures & waxing, all were to very high standard. The treatment room is spotlessly clean, smells fabulous and the atmosphere is very comfortable. It would be easy to fall asleep during treatments in such a tranquil environment, but I enjoy chatting with Louise so I tend to stay awake!! Highly recommend you visit.”

“Went for the first time today for just a simple eyebrow wax, but the whole experience was 10/10 from start to finish! I walked in and they were warm and welcoming. Katie was waiting behind the till for me on arrival, even though I was a few minutes early. We went in and she was professional, but super friendly! She told me what needed to be fixed with my brows and confirmed that I was happy with her plan to fix it before going ahead, which was really lovely. We then had a nice chat and I walked out incredibly happy with the results and experience! Will be back again soon and look forward to trying more of their services!!”

“Tasha herself is an amazing hairdresser she has done my hair a couple if times and I have always loved it. Her attitude and personality is amazing. However the nail tech staff are a real let down their attitude particularly to black customers is disgusting and Mario did my nails after Sam started it his attitude was disgusting and he did not do my nails properly my natural nails were not filed down properly and you could visibly see it through the white acrylic I told him and he rudely said he was not going to change it he grabbed my hands and said to the other man in vietnamese something to the effect "am tired of these people always complaining they always do that". I might be black but I can understand vietnamese so before you make such comments to your customers you might want to rethink. I kindly asked him to stop and he charged me £28 for just sticking on the acrylics no colour no nothing I walked out without no fuss and have never and will never return back. It is only because Tashas name is on the shop that am giving it a 5 star because she honestly does an amazing job Everytime with a pleasant attitude.”

“You probably don’t remember me but I had my hair coloured red last Saturday (18th). Just want to say THANK YOOOOOU SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH. From the god dam bottom of my heart. Colouring my hair red was a big change for me and I needed it. When I first came in the shop I was really hesitant and was doubting the colour but when I saw the outcome in the end I was stunned (in a good way of course). I was obsessed with the colour and still am. My expectations was exceeded way above and beyond. Thank you once again. “Kirby does my laser hair removal and she is just the best ❤️ I have now had 4 sessions with Kirby and I am loving the results already. I used to have the worst ingrown hairs and shaving rash humanly possible and after my first session it was minimal and after the second it was gone! I literally cannot wait to see the results from the 6 sessions and so excited to get other areas. Kirby is so professional and makes you feel so at ease and the machine is an absolute power house.
