“Thanks to all at Cullens for their professional advise, my flowers were beautifully arranged , delivered exactly on the day . I was advised that the large supermarkets & on line suppliers buy flowers in bulk when the prices are right . they are then kept in freeezing temperatures until needed ( sometimes up to 10 months ) when purchased they are poor quality & they last only a few days This florist uses only fresh seasonal flowers which they get direct from the growers on a twice weekly basis , they will last three, four, or five times longer.”

“I rang the florist yesterday from Dorset to ask for flowers to be delivered this morning, I gave the price that I was willing to spend and I was happy to spend extra for delivery, I was told that delivery would be free as it was in an adjoining road. I was very surprised as most shops would still have charged. The flowers have been delivered and the recipients were delighted. The pictures of the flowers look beautiful and I am very happy. I cannot thank them enough for the customer service that I was given, thank you I will happily use you again.”

“I could not recommend Frog enough. Not only are their flowers the most beautiful, but also, their customer service is exceptional and every staff member I have ever spoken to were beyond lovely. The staff really seem to go out of their way to help you ensure that you get your flowers delivered on time and are quick to answer any questions you may have. I have sent a few bunches of flowers to family and friends from Frog now and each has commented how special they are and how much they have loved them.
