“Everything was explained fully by vet Laura and I was not rushed in anyway. The receptionist was very pleasant and professional. Laura helped me a few weeks before when I had to euthanise another dog. I was heart broken but Laura reassured me that I had done the right thing. “I had a super experience at this practice. The receptionist was friendly and my appointment ran on time. I had my first ever filling and the dentist was patient, calm and professional. The dentist, Mrs Newby, was very thorough with the filling, scale and polish. The dental nurse was very polite and helpful too. Cannot recommend enough.”

“I’ve changed dentists at least 5 times over the last 10 years due to moving areas and I went for my first check up with Nicholas Potter who honestly has been the best dentist I’ve seen. He’s pointed out some minor issues with my teeth which aren’t urgent but he took the time to explain the potential issues in the future, which make perfect sense. I can’t believe no one pointed them out to before as they are blantantly obvious (receding gum on one of my canines which is not far from the root!) and the back my incisors (front teeth) are concave so he recommended filling them in to prevent build up. I’ve always been wary of dentists recommending work thinking they are in it for the money but he put no pressure on at all, and because he took the time to explain clearly I’m not concerned for the time being but will definitely be coming back to have the work done at some point.”
