“I was given Impact Sports Rehabilitation’s details as a recommendation from a friend. I first went to see Sean back in 2018 with tight muscles in my neck and shoulders. It was my first sports massage, I didn’t know what to expect so I was a little nervous but I didn’t need to be as Sean put me at ease. I started to feel muscle tightness in my lower back over the last couple of weeks, so booked straight in. Sean is very knowledgeable and experienced at what he does, after 1 session I started to feel the benefit!
