“Heard a new chicken shop opened up in my local area, thought I'll give it ago. Was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service from the staff. The food was really good too, I ordered a spicy chicken burger meal and a half peri grill chicken platter. The grilled chicken was really tasty and covered in a flavoursome peri sauce. The burger was huge, and the muffin couldn't cover it all. Overall, it was a satisfying experience and will definitely be coming again.”

“Got a dozen donuts which were warm when they arrived, they were good but I preferred them the day after once I popped them in the fridge, it tasted much better when they were firm but that may be down to preference.”

“Superb food, great dining experience and friendly staff. Never had a bad experience. All the staff are very welcoming and remember faces which is always a nice touch. Two of my favourite menu items (Rabbit starter and Beef Short Rib Starter) have been removed, but you are still inundated with choice. Servings are also great for an Italian. When you are inside, you actually forget that you are in Oldham. Highly recommended.”

“Delicious food. Nice and fresh. Chips were crispy and chicken was juicy. Portion sizes were quite ample and food overall was reasonably priced. Highly recommend the wings as its much much better than the wings you get from other chicken joints in the area.”

“Really had a perfect party thanks to the Blue Tiffin. Thanks for letting us use your function room. Everyone was at ease the moment we walked in, were really looked after, and were entertained from beginning to end. Nothing was too much. We had three course meals, and as a party of 50, I’m pleased to say that everyone’s culinary needs were deliciously met to perfection. We had some people with quite specific dietary needs; gluten free, and vegan to be specific. Nothing was too much and they loved it. Thank you again for going above and beyond, and making it a perfect evening to cherish and remember.”

“Alhamdulliah, I loved the food at this great establishment. The service was quick and speedy and the food was amazing to say the least. I ordered the t bone steak and also the chicken steak. These steaks were seasoned perfectly and had a generous amount of succulent fat in them. The sides which came along with the steak was mouth watering. Not just your low- quality cheap ingredients but something else which was more high quality. The lamb chops were grilled and they were super crispy to perfection. The mocktails were super tasty as well. Will look forward to eating at this restaurants in the future.”

Their Lobster meal was massive and tasted good, along with the african meal (Amala and Okra soup) I ordered. I would 100% recommend this place and they also do deliveries if you think of it.”

“Lovely food - to eat in or take away. Cosy tables so best for smaller groups and got to be quick to get the on street parking but always been able to find a spot. I love the small family feel of it as you can tell everyone cares and is hard working. Very attention staff, (I think it’s the mum) is amazing at shredding the duck, just watch! Would recommend so many things on the menu. Love it here. Busy but not over booked. After moving I still drive over from saddleworth to visit. Thank you for having such a excellent restaurant. “We have been dining at zing & zest for the past 7 years and can honestly say we enjoy it every time we go. The staff & manager are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their dishes. They will tweak a dish if possible or advise on which you'd enjoy based on your spice tolerance. We've probably tried most of the menu but here are some of our favourites dishes are, Starters - Lamb namkeen boti, chicken chaat puri & spicy hot rods. Mains - Lamb saagwala, Shashlik exotic karahi and Murgh Akbai. We also enjoy the Sunday buffet, which is a bargain! There's a choice of 4 different Starters and 4 different curries (1 is usually tikka masala for the kids) in the hot plates, then you order fresh rice and breads with the waiter when your ready for your main and he'll bring it over. Gives you chance to try dishes you've never had before, we love it. We have introduced many people to zing & zest over the years who have also fell in love with it. It's always our go to place to take friends & family to dine out, as we know we'll be looked after and well fed. Our kids also love it here, it's our daughter 1st choice everytime. We love supporting our local Indian. As our daughter says "Zing & Zest, is the Best!"”

“Must say food was delicious I got a spicy burger meal and he gave my mate free dhaal soup on the house, he came around after we finished to ask us if everything was good. The place is clean and covid regulations followed. It has seating places to eat in. U need a mask to enter once inside u can have it off. I will come again the warmth we got from the staff specially the red t shirt brother was really nice. I highly recommend everyone tries it once if they like grill foods, shawarma or kobedas.”

“Overnight stay required, searched for hotels in oldham area, this was found to be in perfect location just off M62 Room was exceptionally clean with tea and coffee making facilities in room and ensuite, adjoining the hotel is a restaurant which caters for your evening and breakfast meals, has a pool room, kids play area and Bar. Reasonable check in and out times.”

“Excellent, The new owner has made a number of improvements to an old established business. The original Cinnamon Tree was a good old style Bengali take away offering traditional food. The new owners have kept the old recipes but added a modern flavor , excellent service, good communication , and genuine courtesy with a genuine smile to add ! . Cinnamon Tree Indian food and Burgers, Wraps and much more are located on Shaw Road Oldham just before the IMO car wash . There is ample parking next door and a delivery service if needed..”
