Whenever I phoned, I was nearly always able to speak to Dan who was able to explain what they required of us or was expected of us by the solicitor. And if I did speak to someone else they were always very helpful. We had a delay on our probate application; beyond our control, and Birtles showed great patience and understanding despite the inconvenience to everyone. The last couple of weeks before the sale became quite frantic with emails and phone-calls flying back and forth and Dan’s cooperation to do whatever was necessary to complete without further delays was greatly appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in the local area.”

“Walked past on a few occasions and thought it look very nice from the outside! Came up for my uncles 50th and was excited when I found out the meal was booked here. Table of 17 people and everybody got food at the same time, there was no stupid wait time for drinks either and I'd say they were very busy that night so a credit to the team and management staff! As for the food....well.....wow!!!! I went for the lamb and I was not disappointed! Packed full bursting with flavour it was cooked to perfection just as I requested! All washed down with a cocktail again made to perfection! Can't fault anything about this place at all 11/10 will definitely be back!”

“The guy who's gave a bad review brought in a kit all smashed up which he's put a picture up of it and as you can see it has another tank on it as he'd smashed the original which was his own fault after dropping it, he wanting a replacement for free and started threatening a staff member and that's why I shouted at him, got a taste of his own medicine and was barred from the shop and now gave a bad review. Police were notified as we have CCTV. The other guy who's gave the other bad review brought in his kit that he'd dropped and broken himself and wanted an exchange, was his own fault and that's why his kit wasn't replaced. Bare in mind he'd already exchanged his first kit which we gave him as a good will gesture. The guy who gave the other bad review has never been in the shop as he lives in London, he works for another vape shop so he's gave 2 stars to discredit the shop.”

“Fantastic experience here last night purchasing a hanging egg chair for our garden. The manager Chris was so friendly and helpful and even provided us with rope to tie the boot down (the chair is rather big!). Another staff member called Shayan really went above and beyond and was stood with us in the pouring rain helping us get the chair securely into our car. Blown away by everyone's kindness and service. This store is a credit to the Home Bargains brand ❤️”

Tried one of the burgers it was delicious..garlic bread was slightly hard but fries was excellent.. chicken was tender and flavorful. This is usually not too busy at lunch time so it is our one of the favourite places to go to .”
