“OMG so I have had Botox and filler (lips) on a few occasions but I’ve never had the amazing service from any other practitioner than Adam! I first went in to get my lip filler dissolved due to just not being happy with it (done with another practitioner). Adam immediately put me at ease and I felt supremely comfortable in his presence. He has an extremely calming vibe and this actually makes what could well be a scary experience into a really serene experience! I can’t recommend Adam enough and urge you to book an appointment if you are considering any of the treatments he offers. His practice is incredibly welcoming and comfortable. Adam is super approachable and extremely easy to chat to and is obviously very knowledgable in the world of filers and Botox … it is also very reassuring knowing he comes from a nursing background. I have visited again since my first visit for a check up (plus Botox & filler) and it felt like I was going to see good friends (you have to meet the super lovely James too!!!) I applaud great service especially in this industry as it’s so important to feel at ease with your practitioner. “Went for an early gender scan as we were disappointed with the 12week NHS scan that we received. Staff were lovely and accommodating. We never felt rushed. Baby was laid in an awkward position. We were asked to go for a walk and come back and try again. The sonographer explained details of our baby to us and also to my stepson to help him feel involved in the process. Amazing experience. Cannot recommend enough”

“I’ve just seen the most awful review from Leanne Edwards, regarding Marie Rhodes, and feel I must counteract it with my own experience. My husband and I have been seeing Marie for a number of years now, and I can honestly say that without her counselling, my husband would not be here today. After years of being ‘in the NHS system’, my husband was not getting the help he needed and was getting worse. After suffering for many years with depression, anxiety and OCD he finally reached rock bottom. He was suicidal. I contacted Marie and she saw us the same day. Over the next few weeks, we saw her every other day, then every 3 days, and slowly extended the gaps between sessions. She is the most professional, kind, sympathetic, understanding counsellor we have ever seen. I say again, without her, my husband would be dead.. She has a way of getting him to open up to her that no-one else has ever managed. She is firm with him, when necessary and won’t let him avoid a subject just because it is uncomfortable to talk about. She lets him talk, without interrupting him. She encourages him when she feels he needs it. She doesn’t rush him. She doesn’t bomb bard him with questions. She listens. Her advice has been life changing for us as a family. My husband has his life back. There are still issues to be addressed and with her help he will keep on improving. I can’t speak highly enough about this wonderful lady. She is a credit to her profession! Alison Kempster Who is this Leanne Edwards!!.... I would love to meet her!!. Firstly I cannot believe people like her are allowed to leave such appalling posts. Her rude, arrogant and liable comments should not be taken as anything near to the truth about Marie Rhodes.... Sounds like because she didn't get a call back, she decided to spew her vitriolic, vile drivel on to someone who deserves nothing but praise! I have been to see Marie Rhodes for the last seven years and experienced nothing but professional care and attention. I don't know what her problems are, but I'll bet she was were treated in exactly the same way I was. I cannot let her totally untrue and cruel comments go without vigorously contesting them for what they are..... TOTALLY FALSE !!! Did she make any other effort to contact Marie and discuss the matter further before posting these lies?... probably not, because her kind don't care who they try to professionally destroy and condemn on a whim. I hope Marie takes this libellous post and sues her for deformation of character and asks for witnesses, of who I will be the first in line to testify!! But alas, I fear Marie is too good natured to do so. Oh.... and to attack someone who is unable to defend themselves in a public arena is at best sad and cowardly!!.. “Spot on, sometimes they may run a bit late that just means they are dealing with the patients who are seriously ill, properly. I would rather wait a while than the doctors have to rush through patients and miss something serious.”

“I recently moved to this doctors practice when I moved to heaton Moor, and such a better practice. First off all the receptionists are always so friendly and helpful don’t make me feel intimidated like I’m making there job more stressful than it already is which made me feel welcome straight away. Every appointment I have made I have been seen to on time, never experienced long wait times ever. The doctors I have seen in this practice generally seem to care and take their time even though I’m sure they are so busy and stressed, they don’t want to give you a quick answer and then fob you off to see their next patient they see to all your questions and concerns in a kind way. There is one doctor in particular I don’t know his name yet, but one thing that made me really respect him and know he is a great doctor is, I made a appointment to talk about my hormonal acne and he gave me so many options that he thought would be a good option to deal with my issue, he understood my hopelessness of trying everything and was honest with me about all the options. He then proceeded to ask how my mental health was doing which no doctor has ever asked or checked up on with me after my recent diagnosis or new medications which I also understand with how busy and overworked our health care system is - he cared and took the time to explain my new medication how it works the scientific structure of it and if I needed any support with it which lifted me and made me trust in our doctors again specifically when it comes mental health.”

“Going to the Doctors is never an enjoyable experience for me. In the past I have found that I feel a burden when I ever need to see someone. However, this is the first time I have been to this Surgery and I would like to say how lovely and friendly all the staff were. Dr Ahmed has to be the best Doctor I have seen in a long time.
