“My washer stopped spinning properly. Craig fixed my problem over the phone with the first question he asked.... "What is in it? “ It cost him his call-out fee but gained him much appreciation and respect, as well as a future customer if I ever truly need his services. This guy is a gem of a find; a bit of integrity goes a long way these days. And btw, the answer was, "a bathmat". So don't be trying to spin your bathmats folks! (And yes, I know the drum needs to be balanced, but I've done it many times before and it has been fine. Definitely won't be doing it again though.) Thanks Craig!”

“I went to this garage on the back of many good reviews from previous customers. I can’t express enough how grateful I am for those very well deserved reviews. Tony was an absolute hero in guiding me through a tricky insurance claim. His knowledgeable advice and reassurance was a god send. He went 10 miles past the extra mile, and nothing was ever a problem. The work the garage produced was also nothing short of 10/10… Couldn’t of been happier with the result. “Went to Cheadle Kwikfit after being told by staff at the Stockport branch were fully booked and too busy to fit me in - even though it was before 4pm on a friday and there was only "1" car on the ramp, clearly NOT too busy or fully booked! Anyway, took a 10 minute drive to the Cheadle branch and was extremely impressed at how nice, polite, friendly and efficient the staff there was. A complete difference to Stockport. I went in and was greeted by a happy smiling face on the reception desk. The lady took my keys and my car had 3 brand new much needed tyres put on it and was done so quickly that i was driving home 20 minutes later! Needless to say Cheadle Kwikfit will be my 1st choice for new tyres or repairs next time! Thank you so much CHEADLE KWIKFIT - u really saved my bacon!!”

“Came in for front and rear bulb replacement, the young man who changed and fitted the bulbs I think his name was Josh, his name certainly began with a J was efficient, knowledgeable and a credit to Halfords. He explained that he had been doing this job for less than a year which surprised me as he was extremely competent. Thank you and great work.”

“I booked an MOT and a mini service. Wow, what can I say. Amazing service and the staff are just simply lovely and went the extra mile for me. I cannot express the kindest and helpful support I received. I was offered a curtesy car to get to work whilst my car was getting serviced. I have to say I have never received such kind help and greetings with a smile. We even had a good chat afterwards and the monarchy haha. “I would like to disagree with the previous review as I find the guys at ABS Stockport very hard working and professional. I have also seen the way a minority of customers speak to the staff and found it shocking what they have to put up with. I saw a guy once get very angry with them because he wanted parts at staff prices but didn't work for them and was an ex employee from another branch. I think the staff deserve a medal for putting up with people like this and shouldn't face the abuse they receive when just trying to do a job and made even more difficult with the covid restrictions. Keep up the hard work guys and try to brush off the nasty guys.”

Good drop off options in the morning if not open and easy to get too. My partner had good communications with them via the phone and email. Will use these guys again in the future”
