“We had Sri Lankan curry, Kashmiri korma and seekh kebab. (home delivery) Sri lankan curry was excellent, tasty and spicy. The korma was good. The kebab was ok (I believe that with the delivery it loses heat and taste). They also provide a side included (not everyone does that) . Overall it is a fine indian restaurant. It deserves 5 stars. The prices are ok as well. Not the cheapest though.”

“Excellent location in the park, feels like a real escape - stunning views and amazing food, beautifully presented and delicious. Loved the whole experience. Definitely recommended. Need to take friends for afternoon tea or a lighter option. Terrace looked amazing - I imagine its perfect in the warmer months.”

“Lovely takeaway, did a search on google to find one with good reviews and it definitely didn't disappoint, although I couldn't find a menu on line! I rang and asked for our favourite; sweet & sour fish which wasn't a problem, when I arrived to pick it up I picked up a menu and couldn't find sweet & sour fish anywhere, but they had still done it and it was gorgeous, what a service! Definitely go there again!!!”

“This is as good as it gets. Perfeclty cooked mixed grill starter, out-of-this-world garlic prawns, amazing curries, and fresh naans. Maybe the portions could have been a bit bigger, but you cannot complain because everything is so high-quality that the value for money beyond question. I will dream of this food. Very good staff make you feel looked after. Can't recommend it highly enough. No wonder it was almost full on a Wednesday evening.”

“Haven't been here for a while due to moving out of area, they have recently renovated and expanded and the place looks fab. The food was so excellent tasted beautiful couldn't fault anything really. The meat was all beautifuly cooked and perfectly flavored it was busy and great atmosphere despite being a Monday. We will be back next time in the area! All I would say is we really fancied a creme Catalan or something similar for dessert get that added to the menu and this would be perfection!”

“A beautiful Little hidden gem in Cheadle village. We ate here for the very first time and I can honestly say this has been the nicest Indian street food we have had in a very long time! Tasted so fresh and full of flavour it didn’t disappoint! We will certainly be coming again! Also the service was lovely and warm and we were very well taken care of. “I've been to this pub a few years ago & found it to be a nice pub with a good carvery. I went there a couple of weeks ago & found it friendly, updated & the new owners trying so hard to make it work. Food lovely and staff helpful. I find some of the recent reviews picky & a little bit OTT? Not sure what their agenda is but I'll definitely be back tokeep a new business going!”

“(Oct 2022 update) Since last review new landlord now in situ. All change under the new team! Certainly more or additional televisions showing football when I called in. This is still a great local pub in Cheadle village. A great range of Hyde's beers at a very reasonable prices. Well worth trying to see the changes & sample some excellent beer.”

“OK so the first time to use under the new owners I was very impressed with the choices on menu all the food I can highly recommend as a old customer I was worried by the change you must not compare this is totally new and still one of the best Indian takeaway around keep up the high standards.”

“Had not eaten at this place for a few years but heard it was under new management, as I like Indian food and my wife prefers Thai I thought I would give it a try, I had the Tandoori Mixed Grill and my wife had Chicken Green curry. Both meals were amazing and will certainly be using this as our number one takeaway.”
