The Beer House
“Great beer with excellent staff and very reasonably priced. They always have great beers and they are very friendly and helpful to everyone.”
Casa Mexica Manchester
“Most authentic Mexican place I've found so far in the UK with actual corn tortillas and salsa Valentina! No longer called Pancho's so ignore that part on here but still a great place that offers burritos and much more like enchiladas! Only bad thing is that not all the drinks on show are available anymore but really loved finding this place and the staff were super nice and super friendly. Beers are £3-£3.50 and 2-4-1 between 6pm and 9pm so a bargain! Haha”
Port Street Beer House
“Wow, what a great beer bar. Superb choice of both keg and cask beers, friendly staff and great atmosphere.”
Irish World Heritage Centre Manchester
“Went here for a family meal had a carvery 3 course meal and really enjoyed it absolutely beautiful and will be returning again .”

“If you want your fried chicken or donner fix as a veggie - this is the place to go. I've taken many meat eating friends and they love this too! Great portions, fresh, tasty and reasonably priced. Go once and you'll keep going back!”
Oxnoble Manchester
“Stayed overnight to see Peter Kay. Lovely hotel, large room with a very comfy bed. Huge television. Couldn't beat the price either. Didn't use the pub/restaurant but it looked great and lively. Amazing location and easy to get to from the train station. Will definitely stay again.”

“I would recommend the comedy store any day of the week. Staff were pleasant . Place was clean and tidy and in a prime location near to other events in the heart of Manchester. Its quite a large venue which could seat around 200 people as an estimate. maybe they offer to hire out the venue? i dont know but its worth mentioning. Would be back very soon. House beer was great!! Enjoy it!!!!”

Bardez - Indian Street Food and Grill
“What a fantastic dining experience. We could smell the aroma of Indian spices as we walked into the restaurant. Every dish we had was of the highest quality, nicely prepared, and excellence served on plates. Marcus, thank you very much for your gracious hospitality.”
Distant Hills Brewing
“This brewery outlet and restaurant has a pleasant green setting in Old Glossop with outdoor and indoor seating, helpful staff and imaginative options on the menu, including vegan and veggie ones - a lot of the options are light bites rather than full meals, and of course there are the various house beers. The pictured jerk chicken dish really was divine and as you can see also nicely presented. I liked the chef's dedication and enthusiasm. It's worth going to try some dishes that are a bit different, even if you're not big on beer. On that topic, I haven't the heart to deduct a star for it, but it is a shame that no alcohol-free beer is on offer, and secondly, I once ordered a home-brewed 'Hefeweizen' which is a German-style wheat beer cloudy with yeast in it, and it was served lukewarm. Being firstly German and secondly a refreshing summer drink this type of beer absolutely needs to be consumed properly chilled!”
Henry C
“Great little bar with fabulous staff! We hired the back room for a small birthday party. Adam was great, asking what drinks and music we'd like in advance. The room is small but it's big enough for 30 people to mingle. There's table service - and the staff were fantastic in operating the tab system, so you only pay for your own drinks. No food, but we could probably have ordered bar snacks. This was a lovely venue for a small party and the evening was made really special by the great staff.”
News & Booze Off Licence
“Great little shop that's well stocked and the lads that run it are really friendly and welcoming.”
Chadkirk's Farm & Country Store
“I have visited the shop a few times now and absolutely love it. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. I have bought personalised gifts for a friends birthday, Mother’s Day and gifts for my children for Easter. These gifts have all been to a high standard and fantastic value for money ☺️”
Asmara Bella Restaurant - Ethiopian & Eritrean Restaurant
“Amazing restaurant! Very friendly staff, delicious food, welcoming atmosphere and decorations. Try the platter with the okra/meat, the honey wine and Eritrean beer! This restaurant made me see Eritrean/Ethiopian food in a completely new light!”
The Magnet Freehouse
“What a great place. One of my favourite pubs. Huge selection of ales, really well priced, brilliant atmosphere and hand made pizzas on a weekend. Can't beat it if you like beer.”
The Whaley Nook Tap Rooms
“Friendly and atmospheric micro pub, run by Phil and Wendy. Always feel welcome, it may be small, but that's not a bad thing. Still plenty of room, excellent choice of drinks, and a chatty place to meet up. Highly recommended.”
The Crafty Pint, Stalybridge, Tameside
“An excellent real ale pub. The beer I've had there has always been very well maintained. The staff are friendly and the prices are good. The place is clean, comfortable and well maintained. I would highly recommend visiting”
