“They need to sort out the lack of baskets as you come in the door the last 20 times I've been in there have been no hand baskets at the door like any major supermarket would have. Change the layout of the stock as the BnQ/homebase hybrid style-mixed household item section they have in the middle is not great. Move the freezer section to the middle lower rear half aisles and place the messy jumble sale goods in the back corner. They need to extend outwards, (onto the garden plant display area) , the countertop section at the side window by 20ft at least. This will create space to get self service express lanes sorted with 1 staff member at the end always to provide assistance and to monitor. other than that its a great place to shop lol.”

“Ordered some brekky this morning, got a call from the butty shop to let me know they had ran out of Fanta so they gave me the options over the phone which I thought was fantastic, to top it off we got a free panini that someone else didn’t collect, overall great customer service, friendly and effective.”

“Great store, large with a huge selection of items one requires throughout their daily life. For items as well as furniture and even DIY items. The store boasts a large outdoor garden centre too. Prices are very reasonable if not less than most stores! A must visit.”
