“Mills Hill kitchens came highly recommended by a friend and after my initial consultation with Jon, he gave me so many ideas and options for my new kitchen, some that I hadn’t even thought of! Jon and Craig (fitter) project managed and fitted the whole kitchen from start to finish, including the rip out and arranging the trades to carry out necessary work - it couldn’t have been any smoother! The communication from Jon was brilliant, keeping me updated at every point and I knew exactly what was happening and when. Could not fault Craig either, he was reliable and punctual, worked incredibly hard and very clean and tidy. The final result is 100% better than I imagined with the finishing touches Jon and Craig recommended finishing it off perfectly. I honestly can’t rate them highly enough, passionate and knowledgable about the company and service they offer and would recommend to anyone thinking of getting a new kitchen.”

“I would whole heartedly recommend once again MA Kitchens and Bedrooms to any of my friends/family. I had my bedroom fitted over 5yrs ago with them and it still looks like new. Last week I had reason to re contacted them as I needed to speak to the electrician they worked with, we had a problem after recently redecorating (not their fault), but thexreceptionist was lovely happy to assist. The original electrician has since moved on so they asked their present electrician to get in touch. OMG he came round sorted the fault within 10 minutes and was amazing. Thank you MA Kitchens & Bedrooms and Ryan their new electrician we can't thank you enough.”

Knowledgeable personal service and outstanding delivery; the item we chose was in stock, purchased at lunchtime and delivered the same afternoon! I think we were a little fortunate in that respect, but it indicates that if it can be done they'll do it. “We loved native. It's architecturally really interesting - really great use of this space. The room was beautiful and a lovely place to come back to. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. A couple of things that would have made it even better would have been some drawers to put clothes in and a full length mirror. All in all though we had a really great time and will definitely be back.”

“Really loved staying here. The room itself was very nice, stylish, functional and comfortable. The bathroom was fantastic, the kitchenette has everything you need to prepare your own meals (not that I cooked), and the wifi was very reliable. I was booked here by work to stay here for 3 nights and I was able to easily book an extra night myself and the hotel staff were able to easily arrange for me to stay in the same room and not have to check out and in again. I will likely stay here next time I'm in Manchester. The only negative thing I would say is that the lifts are slow or there are not enough of them, because I always had to wait and there always seemed to be people waiting to use them.”

“I was with the sales advisor, Alicia. I have to give her great credit for being patient with us. We were very demanding and had a specific set of sofas that we were looking for. We tested everyone for a good 2 hours but she patiently waited and helped us to get the right sofa for us. Couldn't have asked for better.”

“We have just had two bedrooms fitted with bespoke brand new wardrobes and are absolutely delighted with the end results. The whole process from start to finish was extremely professional and completed in less than three weeks. Elite have delivered as per specification and were extremely helpful in the design to accommodate all our wishes. They use their own installation team rather than outsource which is a major advantage for any customer, and they leave a scrupulously clean workspace behind them, almost as if you didnt know that they had been! They are an extremely friendly team with a genuine passion for what they do and I would have no hesitation in using them again myself nor indeed recommending their services to anyone else. “If you compare the service you get here and the price you pay to ANY major furniture store it’s crazy that people would shop elsewhere. Myself included. I bought my sofa from IKEA a few months ago, £1,300, 2 weeks to deliver and had to pay £70 for someone to assemble it a week later. Just bought a better quality single seater out of here for £135, delivered, set up and even helped get it in by moving my desk on the SAME DAY. Whether you care about supporting local businesses or you value getting what you want quickly without paying through the nose, I highly recommend this place. “We had an amazing experience with Craig and Sara. We originally approached them for a quote to install a flatpack kitchen from a well-known kitchen company, but we ended up with them designing and fitting the kitchen exactly to our wishes for a reasonable price. There were no hidden costs and we ended up paying exactly what they quoted us for. Though the design was slightly pricier than the flatpack kitchen, they were able to offer customisations you can't get with a flatpack so that it would make the most efficient use of space and met all our wishes. Like getting a bespoke kitchen without having to pay three times as much. Apart from the excellent value for money, they were also great at communicating. We always knew exactly when they'd be in, what would happen that day, and if there were going to be any interruptions to power and/or water, and they always worked around our needs so we would not be interrupted with our work. We've have many experiences with tradesmen in the past where you would just spend an entire day waiting to see if they would come or not, but Sara and Craig were great at providing you with a schedule and sticking to it, or at least updating you if they couldn't. (it was particularly impressive that they were able to deliver as scheduled given they had a bereavement in the family) Another thing we were very impressed with was that when things didn't go according to plan, they would handle it professionally, and at no extra expense to us. For me, the sign of outstanding tradespeople is not so much that they never make mistakes, but that they spot them early and deal with them in a professional manner. There were a couple of tiny issues with the design, at least one of which was our fault for not communicating clearly enough what we wanted, yet even then they made sure we were happy with the end result, without charging us extra. And when our downstairs toilet wouldn't work properly after reinstalling, even though it was no fault of theirs, they made sure it was working again. Even now, more than 6 months after the kitchen has been completed, they have been in touch a couple of times to check everything is as it should. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again when our guestroom is up for a renovation.”
