“Clive is an amazing host. I have stayed with him twice already and plan to stay again. He met us on arrival and we were shown to a clean, bright double room. The bathroom was immaculate. We had use of communal spaces, so spent some time chatting over coffee. Clive has has a very interesting life, and his genuine care for people shines through. The property is close to the city. You can easily walk or take a taxi. Clive has a fantastic knowledge of the city, and will recommend places to eat if you need them.”

Knowledgeable personal service and outstanding delivery; the item we chose was in stock, purchased at lunchtime and delivered the same afternoon! I think we were a little fortunate in that respect, but it indicates that if it can be done they'll do it. Everything so much better than the retail park multiples and their sales target driven assistants.”

“I love Quality Save in the Winter. Not only does it do festive treats at great prices but it also continues to have the best value every day items as well. This store was about an hour from closing so not very busy, but the staff were hard at work stocking shelves and freezers, while others were helping customers with their shopping.”

“My wife booked this accommodation for Sidewinder festival and we are really pleased we did! Firstly we needed to book an additional room at fairly short notice which they were happy to accommodate, secondly the room was clean, very modern and spacious, thirdly Colin the caretaker was brilliant! Giving us tips about taxis to the festival, ensuring we were happy with our stay when we checked out early and posting my retainers to us when I forgot to pack them! “A very friendly and efficient booking process.The management team were really helpful and flexible about check-in time. The house was comfortable and well equipped, with clean cosy beds and spotless bathroom. There were some nice touches, including fresh milk and biscuits on arrival and tea, coffee and even Christmas chocolates tucked away in the kitchen. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, and there is space for parking. The neighbours were also helpful and friendly. It is in a good location with easy access to Bolton and the motorway network. We had a dog with us and there were a number of good walks and a large park close by which was great. We would have liked to use the back garden more, but weather ruled this out and the terrace was also very wet since lawn slopes down to it and doesn’t drain quickly. Apart from that, the house was a great stay and we would recommend.”

“Fantastic cottage , clean, comfy with all mod cons to ensure a perfect stay. Located within walking distance of pubs, shops and restaurants. Based at the foot of kinder scout, ideal for walkers, cyclists, rasmblers or a chillax break for the whole family. Highly recommend, scenic, pretty cottage with great owners who can't do enough to ensure you are catered for during your stay :)”
