"Unpleasant experience here today at Dunhelm, Radcliffe. Unhelpful, disinterested and rude manager unable to resolve an easy issue worst still ongoing! Flat out did not care. Don t bother shopping here. STILL no refund since 15th December! Please do not shop here!"

"Much better since the refit. Coffee shop much better now, needs a bit more room to walk through and sit. Store has a huge range of products available and prices are good. Checkouts are a pain get to, only after walking through a narrow little maze, loads of checkouts but normally not enough cashiers. Range of made to measure curtains and made to order sofas etc are very nice and decent prices. Staff were friendly and helpful."
