“I found this hidden treasure through my Son who goes there for reflexology and has always said he feels amazing afterward. He bought me a voucher for my birthday so I went down and spoke to them to see what treatment was best for me and decided on a Claire Wray ultimate facial and added a couple of add ons lip scrub and builder gel nail treatment. My appointment was yesterday and I was truly amazed what a beautiful relaxing place it is Lauren did my treatments who was very helpful and made the whole experience so relaxing and enjoyable I could have stayed there so much longer my skin felt amazing and looks so good I will be a customer for life there are so many things they do. I highly recommend them you won't be dissapointed.”

“After a road traffic accident, I was put in touch with Jordan at Human Performance centre. I was given yoga type exercises to do and they really helped my shoulder injury. As I approach sixty the underlying neck and lower back injuries have returned to my normal pain levels. The service is much appreciated and the exercises are stored to use in the future. Thank you.”

“Kirby does my laser hair removal and she is just the best ❤️ I have now had 4 sessions with Kirby and I am loving the results already. I used to have the worst ingrown hairs and shaving rash humanly possible and after my first session it was minimal and after the second it was gone! I literally cannot wait to see the results from the 6 sessions and so excited to get other areas. Kirby is so professional and makes you feel so at ease and the machine is an absolute power house. “I have not been to a hair salon for years, mostly because none in my local towns catered for afro hair and it was too awkward to travel 40 minutes into the city where there were salons for afro hair. When I discovered La Bella, a hair and beauty salon that caters to everyone and all hair types, I was so happy and booked an appointment straight away. As an introverted person, I was really anxious on the day but the staff were all so warm and friendly that I was made to feel at ease and I found myself relaxing. The salon is clean and looks fresh and bright. Nice music at a comfortable volume and a waiting area with a large mounted TV for clients to watch. Chelsea and Kat did my hair. I had a pre lightening treatment then a full colour before washing and a blow dry with a final light trim. It looks lovely and the stylist was so thorough. My hair was treated with care and clients were regularly offered drinks. I couldn't be happier and I have already recommended La Bella to all of my friends. The salon also offer pamper parties, massages, manicures, beauty treatments etc. and I will definitely be booking in again. Thank you for making me feel lovely and for restoring some of my confidence! (And for catering for my hair type in my home town!) Brilliant service and highly recommended.”

“Having trained at SBG for a while now i can say this is one of the best MMA gym in Manchester. All the coaches at the gym are of high level and give clear instructions making it very beginner friendly. Not only this but all the members are friendly and really approachable. “Went for my second jab today and the staff were fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The nurse administrating the jab took the time to explain everything. From being shown where to park, where to go as you walk in, walked to your booth and shown out, I can't fault anyone that is working here.
