“Can't recommend the new Three Stories enough, a friendly, relaxed and professional service. I enjoyed a lovely couple of hours getting my nails and a spray tan done, both were perfect (I'm very fussy!). The salon has a new owner Jackie who is making lots very stylish changes and updates. I was told there will be a relaunch coming soon with lots of new products and treatments on offer and I can't wait to go back to be pampered again! There is an online booking that is so easy and convenient for making your appointments too.”

“Went for the first time today for just a simple eyebrow wax, but the whole experience was 10/10 from start to finish! I walked in and they were warm and welcoming. Katie was waiting behind the till for me on arrival, even though I was a few minutes early. We went in and she was professional, but super friendly! She told me what needed to be fixed with my brows and confirmed that I was happy with her plan to fix it before going ahead, which was really lovely. We then had a nice chat and I walked out incredibly happy with the results and experience! Will be back again soon and look forward to trying more of their services!!”

Can recommend manicures, pedicures, great facials and massages as well as eye brow threading and eye lash tint and a host of other treatments as well. All staff excellent and friendly. “Both girls on reception (Shauna and Sara) made me feel very welcome and helped to put my mind at rest. Both were friendly and polite. When it comes to the dentist I have major anxiety. Today I saw Qasim. He could see how nervous I was and really was fantastic! Unfortunately I couldn’t have the X-rays due to my anxiety but not once did he pressurise me. The patience he had was amazing. Couldn’t meet a nicer bloke! All a credit to the practice.”

However, Carolyn and Rachel were both amazing - they took the time to listen to my worries and provide genuine reassurance. I really appreciated that and it made me feel much more at ease! When the removal appointment arrived, Albert was absolutely brilliant. He constantly checked on me throughout to make sure I was ok and communicated what to expect and why. I also really appreciated his sense of humour which lightened the mood! Rachel came into the room after my teeth were out to make sure I was alright, since she knew how worried I'd been up to then. If that wasn't enough, she even messaged me the following day to make sure I was feeling ok and recovering well. To me, that is going above and beyond for a patient. I honestly couldn't recommend Superior Smiles more. Such a genuinely caring, attentive and amazingly friendly team!
