From walking through the door greeted by the lovely Gemma who made me feel totally at ease my experience was 5 star. I always have Sarah as her expertise is second to non … she told me exactly what treatment I required and I’m literally blown away by the results. I never liked looking at myself in the mirror and I feel my face has been transformed and I looked refreshed. “I really love the salon since it became the Sanctuary. It’s beautiful and peaceful. The staff are brilliant, so welcoming and professional. “Short version? Fantastic south Indian food, brilliant service and warm surroundings. Totally different to the one that was there before. Long version. Some of the best south Indian food me and the wife have ever had. This restaurant used to be something totally different called monal, we are local just being down the road. Tried it when it was monal, really dissappinting. Bad food and service, horrible atmosphere and very expensive. This is now under totally new ownership we were glad to find when we went in. We took in the menu and ordered a bit of everything that took our fancy. The curries we had were EXCELLENT. The naan, the onion bajis, the rice... All of it was high quality, cooked with care and fresh! So glad to have this place on our doorstep. The best bit? The Dosa! Incredible food. The whole place has a family feel and everyone was very welcoming. Thanks for a lovely meal, see you again soon.”

“We came to the dog walking evening on the 27th of June. We had wanted to visit the gardens since they opened but this gave us, and our furry friends, the ideal opportunity to explore. What a resounding success it seemed to be. We absolutely loved it and cannot wait for the next one in July. Everybody we spoke to said the same as us. The gardens themselves are beautiful and we all enjoyed exploring. It is a place that is ever changing and I would like to see it in the different seasons. I really hope the dog friendly evenings remain a regular thing.”

“I can’t thank the whole team at Millbrooke dedicated lettings enough. I found myself in a difficult situation after the sale of a house and in desperate need of a short term let for my daughter and myself. I had been badly let down at the last minute by another local letting agent. I experienced disinterest and in some cases, shear rudeness from others. “I’ve been using the PROPER BARBERS since they opened for business about a year and a half ago, the service you received is first class and the surroundings are state of the art . In my job as a Toastmaster/Master of Ceremonies you have to look very smart so before my wedding assignments I always go and see the boss of PROPER BARBERS Hemn and after he has performed his fantastic barber skills I the leave the shop with a spring in my step, a new man! Definitely recommend this Barbers Shop!!”

“Great short walk - about an hour or two - that brings you through a wood. If you like flat and a walk that families and older people could do, it is really worth the travel to get to.”

“Came in today for some snacks after a walk round Worsley. First let me say…. The staff in here never disappoint they’re so welcoming to both me and my children every time I come in. The foods lovely as always, service can’t be faulted. Sat with the children and they come over to see if they’d like any colours and stuff. They speak to you in a friendly manner and the whole atmosphere is so relaxed it’s just a good vibe. We only had snacks today but we often visit and I’ve never had an issue with food. Because my daughter wanted some of the nachos but doesn’t like the sauces they even delivered them separate and then only put cheese on half of them for us - nothings too much trouble. Can’t wait to visit again for a roast!!”
