Shane moved mountains to fit us into his programme. He rapidly produced very serviceable designs for us, largely based around what parts were practically available on short order. his team were a pleasure to deal with and did an excellent job.”

“Been using mkm in sharston for a while now the lads in the yard on behind the tills are a great helpful bunch always doing there best that your happy not like the other builder's merchants not so far away. They will always try beat prices and I'd say 90% of the Time they do always gonna have the odd item tgat might find a quid or 2 cheaper. Had tgere kitchen designer Stuart hankinson designing my kitchen great service nothing was too much trouble and went into detail of spec kitchen to suit everyone needs. Right from our first visit the customer service was first class, Darren talked us through the process after we had chosen our kitchen and after the CAD survey we had a date and the fitter we chose was excellent started Monday completely finished by Friday.Response to solve a couple of issues during the fitting was very quick. “Really impressed with Lewis - he came and replaced our boiler at short notice during a very cold spell for which we were very grateful. On another occasion he came out immediately upon contacting him, to sort out an (unrelated) leak in our bathroom. All work done to a high standard, excellent value, and a really nice chap.”

All our input and questions were entertained. Their kitchens are of a high quality, and we're very pleased with the workmanship of the fitting. We had looked at a few different kitchen designers and installers, including some closer to home. In the end, we opted for Prestige as they came up with what we thought is the best layout and use of space. Prestige's design seems so obvious in hindsight, but none of the other half dozen or so highly rated kitchen companies thought of it. Like with any major project, there were small jobs and tweaks that were required after the main work was done and the final bill paid. Prestige were outstanding, ordering replacement doors and parts for any minor imperfections. Prestige promptly responded to all requests, concerns and questions that we had. Their customer care is remarkable - they go beyond their duty. We're very happy with the kitchen and more than happy with the service we received and overall experience. If we're ever brave enough to renovate another kitchen, we would go to Prestige again!”
