“Janice is simply amazing. I have lots of Counselling and EFT with Janice because of my job role and previous triggers from my past. She has helped me increase my confidence, explore and sort my past issues and triggers in a safe and confidential environment. Some of these triggers where around food and I have now, with the help of Janice, managed to examine and sort out my relationship with food. Which has helped me increase my confidence and of course loose that weight. I can also now walk into a dentist's without anyone with me (This was a huge thing for me). That fear and being triggered by the dentist has now just gone and its a HUGE freedom!
